Identification of research problems / relevance. Today, almost all parents have doubts about both old and new ways of shaping a proper culture of child behavior. Physical punishments are prohibited in educational institutions, as are fools based on psychological violence. It is very difficult for teachers to plan their educational activities, because every person is a unique personality whose social influence (uncontrolled or poorly managed) is much more influential than teaching. Teachers have an important task not only to educate the child but also to respond to his inappropriate behavior and to educate him. For this, positive disciplinary techniques are used, which are not abundant in educational literature. The aim / objective of the thesis is to justify the possibilities of using positive disciplinary methods in preschool education institutions. Bachelor tasks: 1. To theoretically justify the possibilities of using positive disciplinary methods. 2. To study the possibilities of positive disciplinary ways of pre-school children. 3. To plan and implement an educational project. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, document analysis, case analysis, observation, survey (partly structured interview), reflection of activities. Conclusions: the study showed that preschool educators and managers are able to apply positive disciplinary approaches to children. However, all possibilities to apply positive disciplines are not exploited. Suggestions for improvement: to prepare preschool education plans and programs, incorporating positive disciplinary methods; teachers to participate more actively in training on positive disciplinary issues. |

Darbe buvo siekiama išsiaiškinti pozityvių drausminimo būdų naudojimo galimybes ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose. Aptariama kokius drausminimo būdus geriausiai taikyti. Siekiant ugdyti vaikus ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose svarbu žinoti ir suprasti ilgalaikius auklėjimo tikslus. Auklėjimas yra būtinas ir tą nulemia sudėtinga žmogaus prigimtis, todėl geriausias pavyzdys – suaugusiojo elgesys. Norėdami taikyti bet kokį pazityvų drausminimo būdą, visų pirma turime pradėti nuos savęs ir analizuoti savo ir kitų elgesį ir viską suprasti. |
