dc.description	Jonas Šumskas. Interior design of the bathroom and creation of a sink cabinet. Final thesis. Supervisor lecturer Balys Gudas, Department of Industrial Technologies and Design, Faculty of Technologies, Kauno Kolegija/University of Applied Sciences. In the bathroom, the sink cabinet is the main object of the room. Every morning people spend a considerable amount of time just by standing aside it. So, by getting prepared for the day, a person can set himself up for a good or bad day just by standing near a sink cabinet. The sink cabinet itself is ergonomical with 4 big drawers where everything big and small can be placed inside. The closing of the drawers are soft-close and gives the furniture piece a sturdy, but elegant feel, because you can‘t hear the doors banging on the frame of the cabinet when they close. What is more about this cabinet, is that it has HPL compact board with black sides all around its sides. It makes the contours of the cabinet stand out, also giving it that subtle minimalistic feel. The main problem - The main problem of bathroms are that there are always moisture in the room. And it is almost the main concern when designing a furniture piece and an interior as a designer. If you want to make the best decision for a bathroom, you need to take into consideration a few things first: you need to choose the right walls, ceiling and flooring for the room you‘re going to project. The aim - The aim is to find the best interior creation solution for the customer, so that it would meet the criteria that they want and maximise the bathroom‘s available space, leaving enough free room to move around. Also, another goal is to project a sink cabinet at the most minimal cost it can be, moreover it needs to be easily assembled and mounted. Methods of work – Searching for alternative products on another builder‘s websites, working with the client, sketching, projecting, considering technological decisions, making economical calculations, making conclusions. The structure – In this part there is information given about all of the product‘s details, accessories and materials used. The results - the projection of the sink cabinet was accomplished and it met the criteria of the customer. Also, the bathroom‘s usable space was used to it‘s full potencial, leaving no unused space. Moreover, the cabinet meets all the ergonomic regulations. Scope of the work - the work consists of 64 pages, 17 tables, 9 figures.	en_US

Darbo vadovas Balys Gudas, Kauno kolegija, Technologijų fakulteto, Pramoninių technologijų katedra. Vonios kambaryje plautuvės spintelė yra pagrindinis baldas patalpoje. Kiekviena ryta žmonės prie plautuvės spintelės praleidžia nemažai laiko. Šitoje vietoje žmogus gali save nuteikti dienai labai gerai arba prastai. Praustuvės spintelė yra ergonomiška turinti 4 didelius stalčius į kuriuose telpa reikalingi ir dažnai naudojami daiktai. Stalčiaus užsidarymas yra švelnus ir suteikia tvirtumo, grakštumo vaizdą, nes nesigirdi fasadų trankymosi į korpusines detales. Aplinkui apjuostas HPL compact su juoda briauna, išryškina spintelės kontūrus įrėmindama į tamsų bei ploną rėmą, taip suteikia jaukų minimalistinį dizainą. Taip pat vonios kambarių didžiausia bėda yra pastovi drėgmė. Tai didžiausias probleminis klausimas projektuojant interjerą. Norint klientui pateikti patį geriausią variantą, reikia labai atsakingai pasirinkti visos patalpos medžiagas: sienos, lubos, grindys. Darbo tikslas – surasti tinkamiausia interjero sprendimą, kuris atitiktų kliento poreikį, maksimaliai išnaudoti vonios kambario plotą paliekant ir laisvos vietos. Suprojektuoti plautuvės spintelę su kuo mažesne medžiagų sąnauda, jog būtų lengvas surinkimas bei greitas nesudėtingas montavimas. Baigiamojo darbo ruošimo metodai – panašių gaminių ieškojimas baldų gamintojų puslapiuose, derinimas su klientu, eskizavimas, tikslių brėžinių braižymas, technologinių sprendimų apsvarstymas, ekonomikos skaičiavimai, apibendrinimas. Darbo struktūra – šioje teorinėje dalyje pateikiama visa informacija apie gaminio detalizacijas, medžiagų bei furnitūros pasirinkimą. Tiriamojo dalis – šioje dalyje pateikiami visi projektuoto baldo brėžiniai bei paaiškinimai. Darbo rezultatai – suprojektuota praustuvės spintelė, kuri atitiko kliento lūkesčius. Maksimaliai išnaudota erdvė, bet paliekant vietos. Spintelė atitinka visus ergonominius matmenis. Rekomendacijos projektui – galimi kiti medžiagų pasirinkimai, kitoks furnitūros bei konstrukcinių jungimų pasirinkimas. Dаrbą sudаro 64 puslаpiаi, 17 lentelės bei 9 pаveikslаi.	en_US
