dc.description	Dovilė Dunaitienė. The Production Technology of the Songesand Chest of Drawers. Professional Bachelor’s Thesis. Supervisor Giedrius Pilkis, University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Technology, Department of Industrial Technologies. The description of the work: The quality improvement of the chest of drawers, the development of the equipment with the HOT Stamping system, which improves the quality of the facade parts are analyzed in this final thesis. The aim of the thesis – to analyze the production process of the selected product and apply the knowledge acquired during the studies. The following methods are used in this work: • calculations of the technological process; • calculations of the economic and energy parts; • calculations of workshop space; • conclusions are provided; • drawings are presented; • literature is applied. The structure of the work. Theoretical part describes the growth of Lithuanian furniture industry and the characteristics of UAB IKEA Industry Lietuva. The existing quality problems of the company are analyzed. The technological process of the selected product is made, the drawings are drawn and the economic part is calculated. The technological process of the chest of drawers is described in this thesis in a structured way as well as the most important specifications of the product and materials used. The constructive part of the product is also analyzed in this work. Energy consumption and economic indicators are estimated. The research part is analyzed, where the panel of industrial waste is produced and the most important tests are made. Results of the work. The technological process of chest of drawers is analyzed. The drawings are drawn. The research part and the improvement of the selected product are analyzed. Scope of the work – the work consists of 95 pages, 32 tables, 22 figures, 11 literature and sources of information.	en_US

Darbo vadovas Giedrius Pilkis, Kauno kolegijos Technologijų fakulteto Pramonių technologijų katedra. Darbo apibūdinimas: Savo baigiamajame darbe struktūrizuotai aprašomas komodos technologinis procesas, gilinamasi į produkto konstrukcinę dalį, aprašomos svarbiausios pasirinkto gaminio specifikacijos ir naudojamos medžiagos. Darbo tikslas – Išanalizuoti pasirinkto gaminio gamybos procesą. Pritaikyti turimas žinias, kurias įgavome studijų metu. Darbo metodai: • technologinio proceso skaičiavimai • ekonominės ir energetinės dalies skaičiavimai • cecho ploto skaičiavimai • pateikiamos išvados • brėžinių pateikimas • literatūros pritaikymas Darbo struktūra – teorinėje dalyje aprašoma Lietuvos baldų pramonės augimas, aprašoma UAB ,,IKEA Industry Lietuva“ charakteristika. Gilinamasi į įmonėje esamas kokybės problemas. Sudarytas pasirinkto gaminio technologinis procesas, nubraižyti brėžiniai ir apskaičiuota ekonominė dalis. Tiriamojoje dalyje gaminamos plokštės iš kanapių spalių, tekstilės ir kanapių pluošto, atliekami bandymai. Apskaičiuojamos energijos sąnaudos, ekonominiai rodikliai. Išanalizuojama tiriamoji dalis, kurioje gaminsime plokštę iš gamybinių atliekų ir atliksime svarbiausius bandymus. Baigiamajame darbe analizuosiu komodos kokybės pagerinimą, įrengimo patobulinimas su ,,HOT Shtamping“ sistema, kuri pagerins fasadinių detalių kokybę. Darbo rezultatai – Išanalizuotas komodos technologinis procesas. Nubraižyti brėžiniai. Išanalizuotas tiriamasis darbas ir pasirinkto gaminio patobulinimas. Darbo apimtis – Darbą sudaro 95 lapai, 32 lentelės, 22 paveikslėliai, 11 literatūros ir informacijos šaltinių.	en_US
