| dc.description | This final work examines the product - the site chest of drawers. All the information about the materials, details, construction, equipment, fittings, materials and energy consumption, economic indicators, requirements of safe work is presented. The aim of the research work is to evaluate the technology and timing of the part of the cabinet holder, and to offer another more efficient and effective way of manufacturing the part. The methods of work: UAB “Nordic Idea” documents, books and internet access were used for the work. The structure: The graphical part provides the drawings of a product a common image, incisions and nodes, structural drawing and plan of the workshop. In the construction part own workplace improvements have been described. It is a wooden spigot forging template construction. In the economic part calculations have been made, estimated waste estimates, cost estimates, work capacity for the product, annual working balance of one worker and calculated product cost. The results: work productivity has been increased, the panel yield has been reduced, and the number of cuts has been reduced. The drill set would achieve the shortest drilling cycle and increase productivity by 34%. After the analysis, you are well acquainted with the whole technological process of the product. The equipment was chosen to meet the chosen annual production program (5000 units / m). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Šiame baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjamas gaminys – svetainės komoda. Pateikta visa informacija apie gaminio medžiagas, detales, konstrukciją, įrengimus, furnitūrą, medžiagų ir energijos sąnaudas, ekonominius rodiklius, saugaus darbo reikalavimus. Grafinėje gaminio dalyje pateikiami gaminio brėžiniai - bendras vaizdas, pjūviai ir mazgai, konstrukcinės dalies brėžinys ir cecho planas. Konstrukcinėje dalyje aprašiau darbo vietos patobulinimą. Tai medinių dygių kalimo šablono konstrukcija. Tiriamojo darbo tikslas – įvertinti šiuo metu spintelės laikiklio detalės gamybos technologiją ir laiko sąnaudas, bei pasiūliau kitą našesnį ir efektyvesnį detalės gamybos būdą. Buvo padidintas darbo našumas, sumažintas plokštės lakšto naudinga išeiga ir sumažintas atraižų kiekis. Komplektuojant grąžtus būtų pasiektas trumpiausias gręžimo ciklas, o našumas padidėtų 34%. Ekonominėje dalyje atlikau energetinius skaičiavimus, nustačiau atliekų įvertinimus, savikainos paskaičiavimus, nustatytas darbo imlumas gaminiui, vieno dirbančio metinis laiko balansas ir apskaičiuota gaminio savikaina. Atlikus analizę puikiai susipažinta su visu technologiniu gaminio procesu. Pagal kurį buvo parinkti įrenginiai, kad tenkintų pasirinktą metinę gamybos programą (5000 vnt / m). Darbui atlikti buvo naudota literatūra: UAB „Nordic Idea“ įmonės medžiaga, knygos ir prieiga internetu. | en_US |
