dc.description	The chest of drawers belongs to the upcoming Kaunas Art Deco Museum. The exact time of production and the author are unknown, but it is believed that the furniture could be made around the 20th century. Decades of III-IV, when Art Deco style prevailed in Europe and Lithuania. The materials used in the furniture are carpentry, wood, shell, metal. Chest of drawers, manufacturing techniques and materials match the Art Deco style. The object is not suitable for exhibiting in poor condition and is therefore retrofitted. The aim of the final work is to preserve and restore the chest of drawers, return the aesthetic and exposition of the furniture. The surface of the object has not survived, there are plenty of hatches and cracks, parts are missing, the structure is unstable. In order to achieve the goal of the work, theoretical material was analyzed, object research, conservation and restoration works were performed. Prepared furniture documentation. \ T After the preservation and restoration works, the chest of drawers is ready for storage and display at the upcoming Kaunas Art Deco Museum.	en
dc.description.abstract	Komoda priklauso būsimam Kauno Art Deco muziejui. Tikslus pagaminimo laikas ir autorius nežinomas, bet manoma, kad baldas galėtų būti pagamintas apie XX a. 3-4 dešimtmetį, kai Europoje ir Lietuvoje vyravo Art Deco stilius. Medžiagos, kurios panaudotos balde, tai stalių plokštė, mediena, lukštas, metalas. Komodos puošyba, pagaminimo technika ir medžiagos atitinka Art Deco stilių. Objektas netinkamas eksponuoti dėl prastos būklės, todėl perduotas restauruoti. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas yra konservuoti ir restauruoti komodą, grąžinti baldui estetinį ir ekspozicinį vaizdą. Objekto danga neišlikusi, gausu lukšto atsiklijavimų ir nutrupėjimų, trūksta detalių, konstrukcija nestabili. Siekiant darbo tikslo, buvo analizuota teorinė medžiaga, atlikti objekto tyrimai, konservavimo ir restauravimo darbai. Parengta baldo dokumentacija. Atlikus konservavimo ir restauravimo darbus, komoda yra paruošta saugojimui ir eksponavimui būsimame Kauno Art Deco muziejui.	en_US
