Rapidly with the development of the public dental clinics are facing on a daily basis with the problem of the disposal of the services. This happens because that increases the choice of services, expanding other dental clinics, services, increasing competition. For these reasons, each of the dental clinic, in order to survive, must take an interest in innovation, to increase the popularity of the company, pay special attention to the advertising services, not only to attract new consumers, but also to keep the result of the service quality of existing users. This is especially important for dental clinicians, because how many patients choose a clinic and the clinic's financial well-being, opportunities to expand services to hire experts in geriusius, invest in employees, the latest techniques, to improve the quality of services . Therefore, it is very important to find out what attracts clients to one or another dental clinic, what are the factors encouraging them to promote again and again come back to the same clinic, rather than choose another. The purpose of this study is to assess the factors affecting patients ' self-determination in choosing dental institution. The goals of the study: 1. To describe the dental service of public and private treatment facilities. 2. Reveal the factors affecting consumer behaviour, choosing a dental service provider. 3. Identify factors leading to patient self-determination in choosing dental institution.
In the final analysis, the work carried out in the scientific literature and survey writing. In order to assess the factors affecting patients ' self-determination in choosing dental institution has been carried out a quantitative study, the data collection method survey and questionnaire in writing online. The investigation covered the period from the 10th day of February of the year 2018 to April 15, the day of the survey, the respondents took part in 104. Study the distribution of respondents by gender is very uneven, total took part in the study, 17% (18) of men and 83% of women (86). The survey instrument – questionnaire consisted of 20 questions. Charts and graphs has been compiled using MS Excel 2010 program. The empirical findings of the investigation. The assessment of the results of the investigation carried out by the system, it can be argued that respondents are more likely to choose a private clinics. Respondents prefer private clinics, for greater focus to the patient, of the new technology
and the high quality of service, and public clinics they choose for cheaper treatment, as well as the geographical location of the clinic. It can be concluded that the services provided by private clinics to meet the expectations of the respondents in the study more than the public. However, in both institutions, respondents said that the most common remains is satisfied with the work performed by the dental practitioner. According to the results of the study more than half of the survey said that they have changed the dental clinic |
