dc.description	Deividas Motiejaitis. Production technology of two-seat sofa. Final thesis. Supervizor lecturer Žygimantas Kujalavičius, Department of Industrial technologies, Kauno Kolegija/ University of Applied Sciences. Description of the work – the theme of final thesis is the production technology of two-seat sofa. In the work there is examined production technology and construction. There are calculated costs of materials and energy resources. The main problem – wrong choice of production equipment and irrational technological layout reduces production efficiency. The aim – examine two-seat sofa technology, appreciate costs of technology, economy and energetic resources. Methods – reviewing and analyzing information sources. Calculations of technological processes, energetics and economy. Drafting technical drawings using AutoCad software. The structure – the final thesis consists of three parts: theoretical, computational and graphical part. The theoretical part describes a company and its characteristics, the theme of final thesis and its relevance, the main information sources are reviewed. The computational part consists of description of the two-seat sofa and all calculations for technological process, energy usage and economics. Graphical part consists of technical drawings for the sofa and the factory floor plan with rational layout of machines, made using AutoCad software. The results – in the final thesis, calculations of technological process, energeric and economic recources for two-seat sofa were done using acquired knowledge. AutoCad software was used to make technical drawings for that piece of furniture, and to make factory floor plan with rational technological layout. Sope of the work – the work consists of 83 pages, 58 tables, 3 figures, 15 literature and sources of information.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Deividas Motiejaitis. Dvivietės sofos gamybos technologija. Profesinio bakalauro baigiamasis darbas. Darbo vadovas Žygimantas Kujalavičius, Kauno kolegijos Technologijų fakulteto Pramoninių technologijų katedra. Darbo apibūdinimas – baigiamojo darbo temai buvo pasirinkta dvivietės sofos gamybos technologija. Darbe išnagrinėtas pasirinkto gaminio gamybos technologinis procesas, konstrukcija, apskaičiuotos žaliavų, energijos sąnaudos. Darbo problema – neteisingas įrengimų pasirinkimas technologinėms operacijoms atlikti ir neteisingas jų išdėstymas sumažina gamybos efektyvumą. Darbo tikslas – išnagrinėti dvivietės sofos technologinį procesą, įvertinti technologines, energetines, ekonomines sąnaudas. Darbo metodai: • Informacinių šaltinių apžvalga; • Technologiniai, energetiniai, ekonominiai skaičiavimai; • Brėžiniai. Darbo struktūra – baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje aprašoma įmonės charakteristika, pagrindžiama darbo tema, apžvelgiami šaltiniai. Technologinėje dalyje aprašomas gaminys, sudaromas technologinis procesas, skaičiuojami įrengimų našumai. Grafinėje dalyje pateikiami gaminio brėžiniai, cecho planavimas. Darbo rezultatai – baigiamajame darbe panaudojus įgytas žinias, sudarytas sofos gamybos technologinis procesas, apskaičiuotos ekonominės ir energetinės sąnaudos. Naudojant programą AutoCad buvo nubraižyti gaminio techniniai brėžiniai, taip pat suprojektuotas gamybos cechas, su racionaliai išdėstytais įrengimais. Darbą sudaro: 83 puslapiai, 58 lentelės, 3 paveikslėliai, 15 informacijos šaltinių, 9 priedai.	en_US
