This final work reviews the technology of syrup preparation and production. Analyzing the technology provides process parameters needed to ensure proper syrup production. The reviewed equipment is used for the production of syrups. Electrical diagrams have been developed for technological and automation schemes, equipment for automated object was selected. Also, the algorithm for the program is written, the appropriate controller is selected, the control program and the visualization are created. After the economical calculations, the total project estimate was obtained, the project implementation schedule was created. An overview of electrical safety requirements when working with electrical equipment was made. |

Šiame baigiamajame darbe apžvelgta sirupų paruošimo ir gamybos technologija. Išanalizavus technologiją numatyti proceso parametrai, reikalingi užtikrinti tinkamą sirupo gamybą. Apžvelgta įranga naudojama sirupų gamyboje. Sukurta technologinė ir automatizavimo schemos, parinkta įranga automatizuojamam objektui, sukurtos elektros schemos. Taip pat parašytas programos algoritmas, parinktas tinkamas valdiklis, sukurta valdymo programa ir vizualizavimas. Atlikus ekonominius skaičiavimus gauta bendra projekto sąmata, sukurtas projekto įgyvendinimo grafikas. Apžvelgti elektrosaugos reikalavimai dirbant su elektros įrenginiais. |
