dc.description	Description of the (professional BA thesis). In a competitive free market environment, businesses face various difficulties, often leading to bankruptcy. An enterprise’s bankruptcy is a situation in which the company is no longer able to meet its obligations and all the debts held by the company exceed the assets. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis). A company that is unable to make the right decisions and assess the current risk is a threat to bankruptcy. The aim of the (professional BA thesis). To analyse theoretical methods of bankruptcy detection and apply them to the bankruptcy probability analysis of Kelprojektas group of companies. Methods of the (professional BA thesis). Analysis of literature and other information sources, analysis of the company’s financial statements, application of bankruptcy probability models. The structure. The theoretical part discusses what it is bankruptcy, what are its features and consequences, and models of probability of bankruptcy. In the practical part the financial statements of the company are analysed, the previously mentioned models of bankruptcy probability are applied. The results/conclusions. The analysis of the data of the Kelprojektas Group shows that the financial situation of the Group companies is rather poor. During the analysis period, the companies worked at a loss or the profit was very low. For this reason, companies have a high probability of bankruptcy.	en
