dc.description	Funding sources in the company are particularly important aspects. One of the most important factors in the existence of a company is the success of funding. It is the funding received that helps to achieve the goals set by the company and to expand in the market, to ensure the stability of the company. It is crucial to choose the right source of finance and manage the company's finances properly. The main problem of the professional BA thesis. Did the company have enough financial sources during a particular year? The aim of the professional BA thesis is to analyse financial sources of “AB Kauno Energija”. Objectives of the professional BA thesis are: 1. To justify theoretically the analysis of the company's financial sources; 2. To analyze both short and long-term financial sources in 2014-2018; 3. To perform cash flow analysis for 2014-2018; 4. To select and justify the most appropriate sources of funding. Methods of the professional BA thesis: theoretical analysis of literature, analysis of company documents, evaluation and comparison. The structure. The paper consists of two main sections: theoretical and practical parts, conclusions of the work, references used and other sources of information, annexes. In the theoretical part, descriptions of short-term and long-term funding sources are provided. The practical part of the paper presents the results of the research carried out by the joint stock company “Kauno energija” in 2014 – 2018. The results. Having analysed the concepts of financing and short-term and long-term financial sources, it is possible to state that this is the basis of the existence of the company. The results show that the company had both short-term and long-term financial sources during the analysed period. Cash flows are also analysed and conclusions and the most appropriate sources of funding are presented to the company.	en
