Baigiamajame bakalauro darbe buvo aiškinamasi apie teikiamą farmacinę veiklą Lietuvos ir Portugalijos visuomenės vaistinėse. Aprašyta farmacijos specialistų teikiama farmacinė paslauga, jos kokybė, farmacijos specialisto kompetencijos ir vaidmuo visuomenės vaistinėje. Tema skirta rasti ir palyginti farmacinės veiklos skirtumus visuomenės vaistinėje dviejose tiriamose šalyse, bendradarbiaujant su abiejų šalių farmacijos specialistais.
Nustatyta abiejų šalių farmacijos specialistų veiklos skirtumai visuomenės vaistinėse. Lietuvos farmacijos specialistų nuomonė apie receptinių vaistinių preparatų pardavinėjimą internetu ir jų pristatymą į namus, vakcinavima Lietuvos visuomenės vaistinėse. Išnagrinėjus mokslinę literatūrą bei atlikus duomenų analizę buvo pateiktos išvados. Darbą sudaro įvadas, du skyriai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas, priedai. Darbo apimtis – 66 psl. 29 bibliografinių šaltinių.

Topic.As a result of the improvement of pharmaceutical science, the improvement of the manufacturing processes of medicinal products, the rapid increase in the number of patients in the pharmacy, the reduction of the use of medicinal products, the incompatibility of medical products, the quality of the provision of pharmaceutical services and the development of pharmaceutical information on medications, the activities of the pharmacist in public pharmacy are changing. In the different countries of the European Union, the activities of the pharmaceutical specialist vary considerably (European Parliament Parliament Directive on the recognition of professional qualifications, 2013). Aim. To reveal the activities of a pharmacy specialist in community pharmacies in community pharmacies of Lithuanian and Portuguese societies. Tasks. 1. To theoretically justify the activities of a pharmacy specialist in the provision of pharmaceutical services in community pharmacies of Lithuanian and Portuguese. 2. Identify differences in the activities of a pharmacy specialist in community pharmacies in Lithuanian and Portuguese. Methods. Participants: 155 Lithuanian pharmaceutical specialists and 55 Portuguese pharmaceutical specialists. Analysis of scientific literature and legal acts, empirical research (written survey and internet (Google forms). The data was processed by Microsoft Office Excel 2016. Results. The Lithuanian respondents were asked questions about the sale of prescription medicines in Lithuania and their delivery to the home. The majority of respondents (61%) had a negative answer, a quarter (24%) agreed and 15% had no opinion. Lithuanian respondents were questioned about vaccination in the public pharmacy and most (61%) respondents responded negatively. One quarter (25%) of respondents said this and 15% abstained. Conclusions. 1. Pharmacy specialists in Portugal has more functions - vaccine patients, verification of glucose control, blood pressure, total cholesterol and triglycerides. In Portugal, a new pharmaceutical service is launched - the online sale and delivery of prescription medicines. 2. In Lithuania, pharmaceutical specialists pay more attention to the testing of prescription-based medicines, and in Portugal for the care of extemporaneous medicinal products. In Portugal, pharmaceutical specialists warn more about the undesirable effect of the drug than in Lithuania. In Lithuania, pharmaceutical information provided to a patient in a pharmacy is given more attention than in Portugal. In Portugal, pharmacy patients are vaccinated by pharmacy specialists, and the opinion of Lithuanian respondents on this pharmaceutical service is negative.
