dc.description	The relevance of the research: Human trafficking victims are the most vulnerable group of people in society. Every year a number of people who have been trafficked is not going down. But this topic is not being discussed enough to make changes. Regarding that anyone can become a victim of human trafficking. Victims are usually struggling to reintegrate to their old lives, so that is where social services are provided to help with their every step. It is very important to make sure that the victim gets best possible help from her/his social care worker, to make best decisions. The aim of the research: To disclose the role of social service workers in the life of human trafficking victims. The problem question: What are the roles of a social worker in the process of reintegration of victims of human trafficking? The subject matter of the research: The role of a social worker in the process of reintegration of victims of human trafficking. The description of the research: To analyse the chosen roles of social workers in the reintegration process. The research reveals the chosen roles of social workers. The method of the research – quality research, a semi-structured interview as an instrument for data collection, Semi-structured interview has been chosen, because the main questions were planned ahead and there was a possibility to observe a nonverbal language of the informant. Research into review- the work presents the roles of a social worker in in the process of the reintegration of the trafficking victims. Employees are guided by the roles of social work in providing assistance; the most common roles that are mostly needed for victims are such as a mediator, counsellor, teacher and defender.	en
dc.description.abstract	Prekyba žmonėmis aukos yra viena iš pažeidžiamiausių visuomenės grupių. Su lyg kiekvienais metais prekyba žmonėmis aukų skaičius nemažėja, tačiau kaip ir anksčiau taip ir dabar, apie tai visuomenėje yra mažai kalbama, dauguma vengia kalbėti apie šią pasaulinę problemą, nors prekyba žmonėmis auka gali tapti kiekvienas visuomenės narys. Prekyba žmonėmis auka, negeba individualiai reintegruotis į visuomenę, todėl į pagalbą ateina socialiniai darbuotojai, kurie visapusiškai palaiko ir padeda aukai visais reikiamais pagalbos būdais. Todėl, labai svarbu aukai užtikrinti kuo kokybiškesnį pagalbos procesą, kuriame kiekvienas socialinis darbuotojas prisiima reikalingus, bei patinkančius vaidmenis.	en_US
