dc.description	The final thesis of the environment reconstruction of the KA Caritas Day Centre Ateik ir Sušilk building on Partizanų street 5 consists of the analysis of the current plan situation, the design, the maintenance of greenery, the estimated calculation and drawings. There are a few problems: the level of crime is high in the area, the teritory lacks identity and the selected apartment evironment is not filled because there is the poor variety of greenery and there are almost no small architectural elements. The building on Partianų street 5 is a mixed – purpose apartment, surrounded by green zones, car parking, private home area, children‘s play zone and a square. The following works were done: the square was redesigned and supplemented with plants and the elements of small architecture. The children‘s playground was redesigned, the green zones were improved and the car parking was marked. It is proposed to cut down 7 trees. The following woody plants were selected in the project: three sweer mock oranges lot. Philadelphus coronarius, three yellow dogwoods ‘ Flaviramea‘ lot. Cornus sericea ‘Flaviramea‘, eight Chinese junipers ‘Kuriwao Gold‘ lot. Juniperus chinensis ‘Kuriwao Gold‘, three yoke forks lot. Forsythia suspensa, the common beech ‘Rohanii‘ lot. Fagus sylvatica ‘Rohanii‘, seven common maples ‘ Globossum‘ ‘ lot.Acer platanoides ‘Globossum‘, five common ninebarks ‘Diabolo‘ lot. Physocarpus opulofolius ‘Diabolo‘, three spoted maples ‘Bloodgood‘ lot. Acer palmatum. These herbaceous plants are also selected: the yarrow ‘Pretty Belinda‘ lot. Achillea ‘Pretty belinda‘, the chive lot. Allium schoenoprasum L., the common yarrow lot. Achillea millefolium, the sorole ‘Hameln‘ lot. Pennisetum alopecuroides ‘Hameln‘, the patagonian verbena lot. Verbena bonariensis, the morning sorole ‘Fairy Tails‘ lot. Pennisetum orientale ‘Fairy Tails‘, the true lavender lot. Lavandula angustifolia Mill., the pincushion flower ‘Buterfly Blue‘ lot. Scabiosa ‘Buterfly Blue‘, the pincushion flower ‘Pink Mist‘ lot. Scabiosa ‘Pink Mist‘. The description of the maintenance for the greenary has been prepared and the project cost was estimated (93 972 eur.).	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Ka Carito dienos centro „ Ateik ir sušilk“ Partizanų gatvės 5 pastato aplinkos rekonstrukcijos baigiamąjį darbą sudaro: esamos situacijos analizė, projektinė dalis, želdynų priežiūra, sąmatiniai skaičiavimai ir brėžiniai. Išsikelta keletas problemų: teritorijoje didelis nusikalstamumamas, vietai trūksta identiteto bei pasirinkto daugiabučio aplinka nėra išpildyta: skurdi želdinių įvairovė bei trūksta mažosios architektūros elementų. Pasirinktas pastatas yra mišrios paskirties daugiabutis, aplink kurį yra žaliosios juostos, mašinų stovėjimo aikštelė, privačių namų zona, vaikų žaidimų zona ir skveras. Alikti šie darbai: suprojektuota aikštė, skveras papildytas augalais bei mažosios architektūros elementais, suprojektuota vaikų žaidimų aikštelė, patobulintos žaliosios juostos, sužymėta mašinų stovėjimo aikštelė. Siūloma naikinti 7 medžius. Projekte parinkti šie sumedėję augalai: trys darželiniai jazminai lot. philadelphus coronarius, trys geltonosios sedulos ‘Flaviramea‘ lot. Cornus sericea ‘Flaviramea‘, aštuoni kininiai kadagiai ‘Kuriwao Gold‘ lot. Juniperus chinensis ‘Kuriwao Gold‘, trys lenktašakės forsitijos lot. Forsythia suspensa, paprastasis bukas ‘Rohanii‘ lot. Fagus sylvatica ‘Rohanii‘, septyni paprastieji klevai ‘Globossum‘ lot. Acer platanoides ‘Globossum‘, penki paprastieji pūsleniai ‘Diabolo‘ lot. Physocarpus opulofolius ‘Diabolo‘ ir tys plaštikiškieji klevai ‘Bloodgood‘ lot. Acer palmatum ‘Bloodgood‘. Taip pat parinkti šie žoliniai augalai: kraujažolė ‘Pretty Belinda‘ lot. Achillea ‘Pretty belinda‘, laiškinis česnakas lot. Allium schoenoprasum L., paprastoji kraujažolė lot. Achillea millefolium, pašiaušelinė soruolė ‘Hameln‘ lot. Pennisetum alopecuroides ‘Hameln‘, patagoninė verbena lot. Verbena bonariensis, rytinė soruolė ‘Fairy Tails‘ lot. Pennisetum orientale ‘Fairy Tails‘, tikroji levanda lot. Lavandula angustifolia Mill., žvaigždūnė ‘Buterfly Blue‘ lot. Scabiosa ‘Buterfly Blue‘, žvaigždūnė‘Pink Mist‘ lot. Scabiosa ‘Pink Mist‘. Parengtas želdynų priežiūros aprašas ir apskaičiuota projekto įgyvendinimo kaina (93 972 eur.).	en_US
