In view of the current economic situation, the high competition between furniture salons in Lithuania produces a part of production at a loss. Every company wants to stay in the market, even to prosper, must pay attention to consumers and their requirements, profits, analysis and them influential factors. The main problem of the professional BA thesis –UAB “Lauksva” has a decreasing profit. The aim of the professional BA thesis - to submit proposals for increasing the profitability of UAB “Lauksva” stores. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: 1. Discuss the theoretical aspects of sales profitability. 2. To evaluate the factors determining the profitability of UAB “Lauksva”. 3. To study the habits of UAB “Lauksva” in choosing and buying furniture. 4. To recommend solutions to increase the profitability of UAB “ Lauksva”. Methods of the professional BA thesis – scientific literature analysis, company data analysis, questionnaire survey. The structure – The theoretical part deals with the concept of sales and sales management, analysis of sales methods, ways of increasing profitability, influence of consumer behavior on profitability. The analytical part of the work provides information on the activities and services of UAB “Lauksva”, analyzes the company's documents, presents the results of the research, their analysis and design solutions.
