dc.description Professional bachelor topic: Accessibility of services provided by public pharmacies for residents with mobility disabilities of the Žemaitija Region. Relevance of the topic: Lithuania has a large number of people with mobility disabilities and that number is increasing every year. Even the individuals with disabilities has the right to use public services independently. One of the most important service is the pharmaceutical service provided by public pharmacies. However, due to misapplication of the surroundings it's difficult to receive these kind of services. This is why it is really important to assess the accessibility of services provided by public pharmacies to people with reduced mobility. Research object: To determine the accessibility of services provided by pharmacies to the Žemaitija region inhabitants with movement disabilities. Tasks: 1. Describe the importance of services provided by public pharmacies to disabled people. 2. Describe the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the adaptation of the place to the disabled. 3. Disclose the accessibility of services provided by public pharmacies to the people from Žemaitija region with movement disorders. Methods: The Secret Buyer Experiment, which was conducted using a pre-compiled evaluation questionnaire for public pharmacies, which consists of 26 evaluation criteria. . In order to carry out the experimental research it was decided to travel around 22 public pharmacies in the Žemaitija region (Klaipėda, Palanga and Kretinga). The data obtained in the study were processed and graphical analysed using MS Excel. Research rezults: During the experimental study, it became clear that only one third of the public pharmacies in the Žemaitija region are adapted for the population with mobility disabilities. Less than half (40.9%) of pharmacies that have been visited have limited availability (the help of an assistant) and the rest is completely unavailable. According to the data recorded in the study, the best availability of public pharmacies for disabled people is in pharmacies in supermarkets. Conclusions: 1. The pharmaceutical service must be accessible to every person in order to ensure his health and quality of life. 2. Currently, various areas of disability are regulated by about 70 legal acts in total. 3. Three types of public access to pharmacies were identified in a secret buyer study: accessible, limited availability, and inaccessible. It has been found that the biggest problem is the lack or inadequate installation of ramps. en
dc.description.abstract Baigiamajame bakalauro darbe buvo pateikiama visuomenės vaistinėse teikiamų paslaugų svarba, prieinamumas gyventojams su judėjimo negalia, teisinės bazės analizė. Taip pat aprašoma kokias paslaugas vaistinėse suteikė farmacijos specialistai. Nustatytas visuomenės vaistinėse teikiamų paslaugų prieinamumas Žemaitijos regiono gyventojams su judėjimo negalia. Išnagrinėjus mokslinę literatūrą bei atlikus duomenų analizę buvo pateiktos išvados. Darbą sudaro įvadas, du skyriai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas, priedai.
