dc.description	The aim of this thesis was to analyze the role of radiology technician in the esophagus-stomach fluoroscopic examination. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the role of radiology technician in esophageal-stomach fluoroscopic examination. The tasks of this thesis are: to describe the esophageal-stomach radiology technician, ionizing radiation and radiology technician's competencies. To evaluate the patient's informativeness about esophageal-stomach radiology technician, preparation, effect of contrast material. To determine the role of radiology technician during the esophagus-stomach fluoroscopic examination. For the implementation of the thesis, the analysis of scientific Lithuanian and foreign literature and quantitative questionnaire methods were used. Scientific literature and quantitative research have helped to reveal and fulfill all the goals and objectives that have been set. In order to reveal the role of a radiology technician in the esophagus - stomach fluoroscopic examination during the literature analysis, all the components of this examination have been laid out. Therefore, everything was described from radiology and its most important factors such as ionizing radiation, its effects and radiology. Also the esophagus - stomach fluoroscopic examination has also been analyzed, its process, the contrast media used in the examination, the patient's preparation for it and the role of the radiologist in the course of his work. The concept of radiology technician and his competencies have been analyzed as well. The questionnaire analysis, which consisted of 19 questions, revealed patients' knowledge and awareness of the examination itself, their emotional disposition and demographic characteristics to help assess what patients are carrying getting this fluoroscopic examination. Also, this questionnaire survey has been great in revealing what opinions the patients had about the radiology technician, how they evaluate his work performance, communication, and overall professionalism.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamąją bakalaurinį darbą sudaro trys dalys, pirmoji – teorinė dalis skirta literatūros analizei, antroji – empirinio tyrimo darbo metodui ir organizavimui, trečioji – tyrimo rezultatams. Darbo tikslas – Išanalizuoti radiologijos technlogo vaidmenį atliekant stemplės-skrandžio rentgenoskopinį tyrimą. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti stemplės-skrandžio rentgenoskopinį tyrimą, jonizuojančią spinduliuotę ir radiologijos technologo kompetencijas. 2. Įvertinti paciento informatyvumą apie stemplės-skrandžio rentgenoskopinį tyrimą, pasirengimą, kontrastinės medžiagos poveikį. 3. Nustatyti radiologijos technologo vaidmenį atliekant stemplės-skrandžio rentgenoskopinį tyrimą. Išvados ir rezultatai: 1. Stemplės-skrandžio rentgenoskopinis tyrimas yra skirtas stemplės ir skrandžio ligų diagnostikai. Jonizuojančioji spinduliuotė - energija, kuri pajėgi jonizuoti ir suardyti medžiagas, jų molekulines jungtis, ši spinduliuotė nuolatos veikia žmogaus organizmą. Radiologijos technologo - kompetencijos yra kokybiškas ir teisingas radiologinių procedūrų atlikimas, etiškas elgesys su pacientais, užtikrintas pacientų saugumas procedūrų metu, saugumo taisyklių laikymasis darbo vietoje. 2. Daugelis apklausoje dalyvavusių respondentų buvo informuoti apie jiems atliekamą tyrimą ir reikiamą pasiruošimą prieš jį. Respondentams kontrastinė medžiaga nesukėlė diskomforto tyrimo metu. 3. Radiologijos technologas yra svarbi stemplės-skrandžio rengenoskopinio tyrimo dalis. Jis padeda užtikrinti tyrimo sklandumą ir kokybę, suteikdamas pacientams reikalingą, norimą infrmaciją bei paruošdamas juos atliekamam tyrimui	en_US
