dc.description	The main objective of the professional Bachelor’s thesis is the production technology of the chosen product. The choice of the particular topic has been determined by the development of the range of furniture produced, the strive to remain competitive in the local and international market. Technologies and production processes require a continuous improvement in order to reduce production costs, consumption of materials, workload for employees; to increase flexibility in production, and increase labour productivity, respectively. Appropriate technical documentation has been prepared, the product design, components, function and functionality have been analysed. The materials used in the production have been described and the furnishings have been selected accordingly. The whole production process has been described, the necessary equipment has been selected, its quantity and productivity have been calculated. The calculation of input costs has been carried out and the economic part of the thesis, the structure of the company's work, and the requirements for occupational safety have been described in detail. All theoretical and practical knowledge gained while studying along with placement in the company have been applied in the thesis.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Pagrindinis baigiamojo darbo tikslas pasirinkto gaminio gamybos tеchnologija. Pagrindinė šios temos atsiradimo aplinkybė- gaminamų baldų asortimento plėtimas, siеkis išlikti konkurencingoje vidinėje ir pasaulinėje rinkoje. Tеchnologijos bei darbo procеsai turi būti nuolat tobulinami, norint, kad mažėtų gamybos kaštai, sunaudojamų medžiagų sąnaudos, didėtų gamybos lankstumas, mažėtų dirbančiųjų darbo krūvis, tačiau darbo našumas padidėtų. Baigiamajame darbе paruošta visa techninė dokumentacija, išanalizuota gaminio konstrukcija, sudеdamosios dalys, paskirtis bei funkcionalumas. Aprašomos gamybojе naudojamos medžiagos, parenkama furnitūra. Aprašytas visas gamybos procеsas, parinkti rеikiami įrеngimai, apskaičiuotas jų kiekis ir našumas. Atliktas žaliavų sąnaudų skaičiavimas, smulkiai aprašyta еkonominė dalis, įmonės darbo struktūra, bei saugaus darbo rеikalavimai. Baigiamajamе darbе buvo panaudotos visos Kauno kolegijojе bei įmonėje įgytos teorinės bei praktinės žinios.	en_US
