Abstract
Darbo apibūdinamas. Sofos gamybos technologija. Sudaryti technologinį sofos
gamybos procesą.
Darbo problema. Suskaičiuoti medžiagų sąnaudas ir nuostolius. Siekiant išvengti
nuostolių reikia, būtina atsižvelgti į gamybos linijos gaires ir taisykles.
Tikslas. Suprojektuoti
Darbo metodai. Išanalizuoti moksline literatūrą ir kitus informacinius šaltinius.
Darbo struktūra. Pirmoje dalyje yra technologiniai skaičiavimai, kiek reikia
medžiagų pagaminti sofą. Antroje dalyje yra pateikiama modernizavimo ir technologinio proceso
tobulinimo priemonė. Trečioje dalyje yra skaičiuojamos energetinės sąnaudos. Ir paskutinė dalis yra
ekonominė, kurioje skaičiuojama gaminio savikaina.

Darbo rezultatai. Sofa buvo sukonstruota. Šie tikslai buvo pasiekti naudojantis
teorinėmis ir praktinėmis žiniomis. Sąnaudos sofos gaminimo procese buvo suskaičiuotos
technologiniame procese, energetinėje ir ekonominėse dalyse.
Darbą sudaro. 56 puslapiai, 38 lentelės, 7 literatūros ir informacijos šaltiniai.
Description
Description of the work. The paper presents the production technology of sofa. It
provides the technological process of sofa design.
The main problem. It is necessary to calculate the quantities of raw materials
correctly, as it may lead to significant losses. It is necessary to take into account all the applicable
guidelines and regulations for the design of production lines in order to avoid the loss.
The aim. To design comfortable sofa.
Methods of work. Analysis of scientific literature and other information sources,
analysis of primary and secondary data, technical drawings, technical and economic calculations.
The structure. First part is technological calculation for how much of materials were
needed for sofa construction. In the second part the construction of upgrades and development of
the technological process are provided. The third part presents calculation for energetics. And the
last one is the forth step, in which economical calculations were make to know the prices of sofa
construction.
The results. The sofa was constructed. The theoretical and practical knowledge were
used to accomplish this result. The material, technological processes, energetics, economical,
calculation were done to construct sofa.
Scope of the work. The work consists of 56 pages, 38 tables, 7 literatures and sources
of information.
