dc.description	The final work describes the production technology of U-form staircase of natural oak wood. It provides the technological process of stair design. It is necessary to construct stairs as a way to connect separate spaces. The main problem. It is necessary to calculate the quantities of raw materials correctly, as it may lead to significant losses. So it is very important to choose facilities, projects and industrial facilities properly and responsibly. It is necessary to take into account all the applicable guidelines and regulations for the design of production lines in order to avoid the loss. The aim: to design a product - U-form staircase of natural oak wood, Objectives: consider the process of the production, draw up an exploratory part, develop a structural part, draw up an estimate the energy consumption, review the job requirements, calculate the economic part. Methodology: analysis of scientific literature and other information sources, analysis of primary and secondary data The structure: the first part is technological calculation for how much of materials were needed to construct wooden staircases. In the second part the construction of upgrades and development of the technological process are provided. The third part presents calculations for energetics. The forth part is scientific research of glue strength (how different types of liquids affect the glue). And the last one is the fifth step, in which economical calculations were made to know the prices of t U- form stairs construction. The results: the U- form of stairs were constructed. The theoretical and practical knowledge were used to accomplish this result. The material, technological processes, energetics, economical, calculations were done to construct stairs. Suggestions and recommendations: by constructing the ergonomic stairs it is important to adjust steps for stairs. For better ergonomics, stair platforms should have 300- 350mm width, 800- 900mm length. The space between stair platforms should be approximately 200mm height. Scope of the work: the work consists of 60 pages, 37 tables, 4 figures, 8 literature and sources of information.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamajame darbe aprašoma natūralios ąžuolo medienos laiptų U formos gamybos technologija. Pagrindinė problema. Būtina teisingai apskaičiuoti žaliavų kiekį, nes tai gali sukelti didelių nuostolių. Taigi labai svarbu pasirinkti įrenginius, projektus ir pramoninius įrenginius tinkamai ir atsakingai. Būtina atsižvelgti į visus taikomas gamybos linijų projektavimo gaires ir taisyklės, siekiant išvengti nuostolių. Tikslas: sukurti gaminį - natūralaus ąžuolo medienos U formos laiptus. Tikslai: apsvarstyti gamybos procesą, parengti tiriamąją dalį, parengti struktūrinę dalį, parengti įvertintą energijos suvartojimą, peržiūrėti darbo reikalavimus, apskaičiuoti ekonominę dalį. Metodika: mokslinės literatūros ir kitų informacijos šaltinių analizė, pirminių ir antrinių duomenų analizė. Konstrukcija: pirmoji dalis - technologiniai skaičiavimai, kiek medžių laiptams reikėjo sunaudoti. Antroje dalyje pateikiami modernizavimo ir technologinio proceso tobulinimo darbai. Trečioje dalyje pateikiami energetikos skaičiavimai. Ketvirtoji dalis - moksliniai klijų stiprumo tyrimai (kaip skirtingi skysčių tipai veikia klijus). Ir paskutinis - penktasis etapas, kuriame buvo atlikti ekonominiai skaičiavimai, siekiant žinoti, kokios yra U formos formų laiptų statybos kainos. Rezultatai: pastatyta laiptų forma. Šiam rezultatui pasiekti buvo naudojamos teorinės ir praktinės žinios. Siekiant statyti laiptus, atlikta medžiaga, technologiniai procesai, energetika, ekonomiški skaičiavimai. Pasiūlymai ir rekomendacijos: statant ergonomiškus laiptus svarbu koreguoti laiptų žingsnius. Siekiant geresnės ergonomikos, laiptų platformos turi būti 300–350 mm pločio, 800– 900 mm ilgio. Tarpas tarp laiptų platformų turi būti maždaug 200 mm aukščio. Darbo apimtis: 60 puslapių, 37 lentelės, 4 paveikslai, 8 literatūros šaltiniai ir informacijos šaltiniai.	en_US
