| dc.description | The main purpose of this work was to introduce the production process of three-layer parquet boards with Jatoba wood flooring, also included in the production process the newly introduced automatic tiling machine TRC 3000+. These floors are special at that, they has an exotic origin and a naturally dark color. Patquet production includes, wood drying, sawing and calibration of yatoba and fir boards, parquet board gluing, varnishing and milling. The main problem - high levels of harmfulness of putty ,,Plastuk legno“. The aim – reduce harm by introducing automatic tiling machines. Methods of work - the air pollution has been investigated many times in the company and it was too harmful for human health. The structure - in introduction of the work was the history of BOEN BAUWERK company also describes the main goals of the work. The technological part submitted the manufacturing process of three-layer parquet. . In the economic part was made the calculation of materials and raw materials. During work we tested and we have installed automatic tiling machines. These machines are ordered on request for company ,, Boen Bauwerk“. Results – was ordered, tested and installed automatic machine ,,TRC 3000+“ and also was an automated hand work. Recommendation – in the future buy another one of the same machines. Scope of the work - the work consists of 77 pages, 30 tables, 43 picture, 4 literature and sources of information. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Pagrindinis šio darbo tikslas buvo supažindinti su trisluoksnių parketlenčių su Jatoba medienos danga gamybos procesu, bei į jų gamybos procesą įtraukti naujai įdiegtas automatines glaistymo stakles ,,TRC 3000+‘‘. Šios grindys ypatingos tuo, kad turi egotinę kilmę ir natūraliai tamsią spalvą. Parketlentės gamyba apima medienos džiovinimą, jatobos lentjuosčių pjovimą, eglinių lentų pjovimą ir kalibravimą, parketlentės klijavimą, lakavimą, frezavimą. Pagrindinė problema- per didelis dvikomplektinio glaisto ,,Plastuk legno“ kenksmingumas. Darbo tikslas –sumažinti kenksmingumą įvedant automatine glaistymo stakles. Pagrindinis metodas buvo įmonėje jau daug kartų tirtas oro užterštumas, kuris ilgus metus dirbant glaistymo ceche tampa kenksmingas žmonių sveikatai. Darbo įvade buvo pateikta įmonės Boen Bauwerk istorija, taip pat aprašomi pagrindiniai baigiamojo darbo tikslai. Technologinėje dalyje buvo pateiktas trisluoksnių parketlenčių techninis aprašymas, bei jų gamybos technologinis procesas. Ekonominėje dalyje atliktas medžiagų ir žaliavų skaičiavimas. Darbo eigoje išbandėme ir įdiegėme automatines glaistymo stakles, kurios specialiai pagal užsakymą buvo sukurtos įmonei ,, Boen Bauwerk“ . Šios staklės yra vienintelės Lietuvoje, tad čia sau lygių tikrai neturi. Rezultatai- buvo užsakytos, išbandytos ir įdiegtos ,,TRC 3000+“ automatinės staklės, bei automatizuotas rankinis glaistymas. | en_US |
