dc.description	The goal of this work is to create an automated storage and assembly stand. The main components of this system are automated storage and assembly system block, order assembly station and product cargo transportation conveyer, which connects the storage system with the assembly station. The primary purpose of this system is to reduce and optimize the time for product cargo transportation during the assembly process. Use of this system allows increase the number of assembled orders, improve their quality and decrease the number of operators in a storage unit. The whole system will allow students to try out the work of a storage operator, acquaint themselves with step engines and their controls, belt and thread gears. The controls for the stand will be provided by the Siemens S7-1200 controller. In the future, there will be a possibility to expand the stand controls by integrating a touchscreen controller.	en
dc.description.abstract	Šio darbo tikslas yra sukurti automatizuotos sandėliavimo ir rinkimo sistemos stendą. Principinius šios sistemos komponentus sudaro automatizuotos sandėliavimo ir rinkimo sistemos (AS/RS) blokas, užsakymų surinkimo stotelė ir produktų krovinių transportavimo konvejeris, kurie sujungia sandėliavimo sistemą su surinkimo stotele. Pagrindinė šios sistemos paskirtis yra sumažinti ir optimizuoti produktų krovinių transportavimo laiką užsakymo surinkimo proceso metu. Šios sistemos panaudojimas leidžia padidinti užsakymų surinkimo sistemos pralaidumą, pagerinti surenkamų užsakymų kokybę ir sumažinti sandėlio operatorių skaičių. Visa ši sistema leis studentams patiems užprogramuoti automatizuotą sandėliavimo - rinkimo sistemą, susipažinti su žingsniniais varikliais ir jų valdymo ypatumais, diržinėmis bei sraigtinėmis pavaromis. Stendui valdyti naudojamas Siemens S7-1200 serijos valdiklis. Ateityje bus galima išplėsti stendo valdymo galimybes integruojant liečiamą valdymo pultą.	en_US
