Relevance of the work: Infertility is a serious health issue that reduce the quality of life and affects 10 to 15 percent of the population of reproductive age. Infertility treatment it's not emotionally difficult but also physically painful and costly process that's why infertile couples suffer from mental and economic problems. Because infertile couples spend a lot of time at hospitals during the diagnosis and treatment process, they feel that their lives have no quality at all. Many couples without children say that we live in a society where children are frequently seen as a symbol of responsibility and maturity in marriage. Aim of work: Analyse infertile women quality of life. Objective tasks: 1. To describe reasons of women infertility, diagnostics treatment ways and quality of life. 2. To describe women quality of life which are diagnosed with primary infertility. 3. To describe women quality of life which are diagnosed with secondary infertility. 4. To Compare quality of life between women with primary and secondary infertility. Methods and contingents: have been carried out investigation, which was hosted online. All the records been taken using questionnaire from date to date. 149 women completed the survey, 89 questionnaires were inadequate to use. Results are calculated from 60 suitable questionnaires. Results and findings: survey showed that 61.2% of women receiving infertility treatment. 41.7% of respondents are diagnosed with secondary infertility and 58.3% – primary infertility. Requesting to indicate the outcome of previous pregnancies revealed that 50% of them were delivery, 45.8% miscarriage, 12.5% ectopic pregnancies and 4.2% pregnancies have ended with abortion. It was found that the biggest impact of quality of life revealed in emotional and physical health. General health and relationship are the least affected areas of infertility. Compering primary and secondary infertility the biggest difference is between physical and emotional condition, which are better group with secondary infertility. |

Literatūriškai aprašomos moterų nevaisingumo priežastys, diagnostikos būdai, gydymas ir nevaisingų moterų gyvenimo kokybė. Tyrimo metu vertinama moterų, kurioms diagnozuotas nevaisingumas, gyvenimo kokybė. Atskleidžiama, kokioms gyvenimo sritims turi įtakos pirminis ir antrinis nevaisingumas vertinant gyvenimo kokybę pagal FertiQol tarptautinį vaisingumo ir gyvenimo kokybės klausimyną. |
