dc.description	The theme of the final work is related to the preparation of a land plot reforming project, which is relevant for collectors, who are receiving more and more orders in order to determine the boundaries of land plots for the formation of new land plots by merging or dividing land plots by amalgamation. Projects are being prepared for agricultural, forestry and other purpose land parcels, for which cadastral measurements are carried out and whose cadastral data are registered with the Real Estate Registry Data Bank. During the reorganization of land parcels, restrictions on economic activity, special land and forest use conditions, easements, development of communication and engineering infrastructures in the area of necessity shall be established. The aim of the final thesis is to prepare a project for the restructuring of land plots by combining agricultural land plots into one plot. Work tasks: 1. To study and summarize the laws and other legal documents of the Republic of Lithuania regulating cadastral measurements of land parcels and preparation of drafting transformation projects; 2. To review the information system of preparation of land management planning documents, its benefits; 3. Prepare Papilės cadastral area the project of reconstructing the land plot by combining agricultural land plots; 4. To determine the cadastral data of the projected land. The connection project is carried out on eight land plots located in Šiauliai district, Akmenė district municipality Papilė eldership Kalniškiai village Papilė cadastral area with a total area of 30,8900 hectare. Land plots are owned by the sole proprietor. Land plots were formed during the preliminary and cadastral measurements. The main purpose of the land plots is agriculture, the use of which is other agricultural land plots. A cadastral measurement case is being prepared after the preparation and approval of the land plot formation and conversion project. All interconnection objects are registered in the Real Estate Register and have their cadastral numbers, after the land parcel interconnection project, one design number will be established and the State Enterprise Center of Registers will provide one new cadastral number. The land will be subject to special land and forest use conditions. After the project will not change: the owner, the purpose and use of the land plot.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo tema susijusi su žemės sklypų formavimo pertvarkymo projekto rengimu, tema aktuali matininkų tarpe, kurie gauna vis daugiau užsakymų norint nustatyti žemės sklypų ribas formuojant naujus žemės sklypus, sujungiant arba atidalijant žemės sklypus, atliekant amalgamaciją. Projektai rengiami žemės ūkio, miškų ūkio, kitos paskirties žemės sklypams, kuriems yra atlikti kadastriniai matavimai ir kurių kadastro duomenys įregistruoti Nekilnojamojo turto registro duomenų banke. Atliekant žemės sklypų pertvarkymą nustatomi ūkinės veiklos apribojimai, specialiosios žemės ir miško naudojimo sąlygos, servitutai, esant būtinumui išskiriamos teritorijos susisiekimo ir inžinerinių infrastruktūrų plėtrai. Baigiamojo darbo tikslas – Parengti žemės sklypų formavimo pertvarkymo projektą sujungiant žemės ūkio paskirties žemės sklypus į vieną žemės sklypą. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išnagrinėti ir apibendrinti LR įstatymus ir kitus teisinius dokumentus, reglamentuojančius žemės sklypų kadastrinius matavimus ir formavimo pertvarkymo projektų rengimą; 2. Apžvelgti žemėtvarkos planavimo dokumentų rengimo informacinę sistemą, jos naudą; 3. Parengti Papilės k. v. žemės sklypo formavimo pertvarkymo projektą sujungiant žemės ūkio paskirties žemės sklypus; 4. Nustatyti suprojektuotų žemės sklypų kadastro duomenis. Sujungimo projektas atliekamas aštuoniems žemės sklypams, esantiems Šiaulių apskr., Akmenės r. sav., Papilės sen., Kalniškių k. Papilės k. v., kurių bendras plotas sudaro 30,8900 ha. Žemės sklypai nuosavybės teise priklauso vienam savininkui. Žemės sklypai suformuoti atliekant preliminarius ir kadastrinius matavimus. Pagrindinė tikslinė žemės sklypų paskirtis – žemės ūkio, naudojimo būdas – kiti žemės ūkio paskirties žemės sklypai. Parengus ir patvirtinus žemės sklypų formavimo ir pertvarkymo projektą parengiama kadastrinių matavimų byla. Visi sujungimo objektai įregistruoti Nekilnojamojo turto registre ir turi savo kadastrinius numerius, atlikus žemės sklypų sujungimo projektą, bus nustatytas vienas projektinis numeris ir VĮ Registrų centras suteiks vieną , naują kadastrinį numerį. Žemės sklypui bus pritaikytos specialiosios žemės ir miško naudojimo sąlygos. Po projekto nesikeis: savininkas, žemės sklypo paskirtis bei naudojimo būdas.	en_US
