dc.description	The development of the real estate cadastre and registry system, the importance of geographical information system and technology applying, determination of cadastral data in the processing, surveying instruments and software used to determine, process the cadastral data of the building, legal framework regulating the estate cadastral system, processes of building cadastre data collection and processing, the real estate market situation in the regions of the country according to the accounting data of the real estate objects registered in the Real Estate Register are discussed in the final thesis. The specifics of determining the cadastral data of different real estate objects and preparation of cadastral data file are analysed in the final thesis. The actual cadastral data of the building, which is measured with a distance measurer, is necessary for the preparation of the plans of the placement of the buildings, height of the building or premises, calculation of building parameters and building values. Three objects of different nature were selected, the analysis of which showed that the preparation of the cadastral data file depends on the type, purpose and other peculiarities of the object – certain forms of cadastral data are filled out, the plans of height and placement of buildings are prepared accordingly, the procedure for calculating the area of the buildings, numbering, attributed area and etc. differs. Each case is unique, therefore, it is necessary to know the fundamental principles and refer to them. The final thesis consists of: introduction, 3 sections, conclusions, 4 tables, 5 formulas, 18 pictures and 3 annexes. The graphic part consists of 6 drawings and the reference consists of 40 sources of literature. Volume of work – 56 p. dc.description.abstract	Statybos sektorius šiandien aktyviai besiplečianti veiklos sritis, kurioje kiekvienais metais stebimos nekilnojamojo turto rinkos ir turto sandorių augimo tendencijos – vyksta intensyvios pastatų, inžinerinių statinių, infrastruktūros objektų statybos. Didėja naujai statomų, rekonstruojamų ir modernizuojamų gyvenamųjų namų, patalpų juose, inžinerinių statinių, tokių kaip stadionai, kiemo ar žaidimo aikštelės, pėsčiųjų takai ir kt. skaičius, taip pat dažnai reikalingi jau įregistruotų statinių, butų ir žemės sklypų atnaujinimo darbai. Kelių sektoriuje didėjantis transporto priemonių kiekis reikalauja išvystyto kelių, gatvių, tiltų tinklo. Įgyvendinant šį poreikį vystoma ir tobulinama kelių, gatvių infrastruktūra, gerinama esama būklė, plečiamas jų tinklas. Ne ką mažiau svarbi požeminių inžinerinių komunikacijų apskaita ir plėtra. Nekilnojamasis turtas – tai žemės sklypai, pastatai, inžineriniai statiniai ir patalpos. Šių objektų kadastro darbus atlieka kvalifikuoti specialistai kai reikia naujai suformuoti ar patikslinti kadastro duomenis po pasikeitimų. Kadastrinių matavimų metu fiksuojami realią padėtį parodantys nekilnojamojo daikto kadastro duomenys, t. y. duomenys apibūdinantis nekilnojamojo daikto buvimo vietą, savybes, geometrinius parametrus, vertę, pakitimus ir kt. Kadastro duomenų bylos pagrindu įvykdžius teisinę registraciją pastatai ir žemės sklypai tampa nuosavybės objektais, įregistruojant juos Lietuvos Respublikos nekilnojamojo turto registre.	en_US
