dc.description	In the final thesis farmers Algirdas Grybauskas farm, which is found in Kaunas district, Alšėnų eldership, was evaluated for its inplimented activitiess. In the thesis theoretical part , the farmers farm situation in Lithuania and the European uninio was introduced. Their practice peculiarities and statistic information were also shown . In unison their laws were analised with their specialization factor. In the analitical part of the thesis Algirdas Grybauskas farm was described. The rular plots of his land were dipicted with the farms specialization, grow production technologies, alongside lots of different farm stats were calculated, the main problems of the farm were desputed and were offered solutions. Agricultural activities will always be one of the most important economical factors, without it the world wouldn‘t be able to sustane the ever growing and evolving human society. Thats why farmers production activities are valid and very important to the modern world. By evaluating Aldirdas Grybauskas farms activities, by financial, social and environmental view, choosen indicators, farms stability will be shown. After the conduction of the analysis the problems of the farm will be revealed. They will be specified and their solving methods will be presented and suggested. The used research methods were: detaily structured interview, document examination, literature, scientific paper, internet source, law analysis and conclusion methods, farms surroundings exploration and viewing. Its an mixed farm with a dominat crop production. Compared to the countries standars the farm is big – 150ha. Although farms common practice is considered productive, for the increase of it optimum capacity, the animal husbandry production should concentrate on the beef livestock area. It would solve the farms woking power, material and time consumption problems.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamajame darbe buvo aptartas Kauno rajone, Alšėnų seniūnijoje, esatis ūkininko Algirdo Grybausko ūkis ir jame vykdoma veikla. Bakalaurinio darbo teorinėje dalyje buvo susipažinta su esama ūkininkų ūkių padėtimi Europos sąjungoje ir Lietuvoje. Jų veiklos ypatumais ir statistine informacija. Kartu buvo išnagrinėti jų veiklos teisiniai pagrindai ir specializacijų ypatumai. Baigiamo darbo analitinėje dalyje pristatytas Algirdo Grybausko ūkis. Aprašoma jo esama dirbamos žemės padėtis, ūkio specializacija, auginamos produkcijos technologijos, apskaičiuojami įvairūs žemės ūkio vertinimo rodikliai, aptariamos ūkyje vyraujančios problemos ir pasiūlomi jų sprendimo būdai. Žemės ūkio veikla visados bus vienu svarbiausių ekonominio augimo veiksnių , be jos pasaulis nesugebėtų išmaitinti nuolat augančios ir besivystančios visuomenės. Todėl ūkininkų gamybinė veikla išlieka aktuali ir svarbi moderniame pasaulyje . Įvertinus Algirdo Grybausko ūkio veiklos, ekonominių, finansinių, socialinių bei aplinkosauginių požiūrių, pasirinktus rodiklius bus nustatytas ūkio veiklos stabilumas. Padarius šią analizę atsiskleis ūkyje vyraujančios problemos. Jas konkretizavus bus pasiūlyti jų sprendimo būdai, kurie leistų pagerinti vykdomos veiklos rezultatus ir efektyvumą.	en_US
