dc.description Relevance of the topic: social workers working with adolescents aged 12 to 14 years at the Children's Day Center, face certain social and psychological problems - stress, loss of motivation, nervous tension in their work. In solving early adolescence problems, a social worker must not only feel and empathize with the adolescent„s problems, but also be a professional in his field. The daily problems experienced by employees working with the adolescents aged 12 to 14 in the Children's Day Center affect their health problems, they can get exhausted both emotionally and physically. Practical significance of the study: the results of the study will be used by the social workers at the Children's Day Center who work with the adolescents aged 12 to 14 to improve their work and emotional state. Work objective: to reveal the problems encountered by a social worker when working with the adolescents aged 12 to 14 attending the Children's Day Center. Goals of the study: 1. Describe the activities of a social worker in the Children's Day Center; 2. Provide psychosocial characteristics of the adolescents aged 12 to 14 at the Children's Day Center; 3. Identify the problems encountered by a social worker when working with the adolescents aged 12 to 14 at the Children's Day Center. Question raised for the study: what problems a social worker encounters when working with the adolescents aged 12 to 14 attending the Children's Day Center? Empirical research methodology: qualitative research and semi-structured interview methods were chosen for the study. During the survey respondents were asked 18 questions. Target of the research - 3 social workers working at the Children's Day Center, aged 39 – 45 years. Findings of the study: the survey showed that respondents working with the adolescents aged 12 to 14 face various problems. Respondents point out that there are problems in adapting to changes in emotional states of the adolescents, the worker is accompanied by constant stress, problems arise in educating adolescents on gender issues, difficult to leave work problems at work, burnout syndrome is impended. en
dc.description.abstract Socialiniai darbuotojai dirbdami su 12 – 14 metų paaugliais, vaikų dienos centre, susiduria su tam tikromis socialinėmis, psichologinėmis problemomis – stresas, motyvacijos praradimas, nervinė įtampa savo darbe. Spręsdamas ankstyvosios paauglystės problemas, socialinis darbuotojas privalo ne tik jausti ir įsijausti į paauglio problemas, bet ir būti savo srities profesionalu. Kasdieninės problemos, kurias patiria darbuotojai dirbdami su 12 – 14 metų paaugliais, vaikų dienos centre, turi įtakos jų sveikatos sutrikimams, jie gali išsekti tiek emociškai, tiek fiziškai. en_US
