How the creativity is stimulated and how does the organizations treats people who has creative thoughts and that their creativity would be used and not forgotten? In order to answer this question, peculiar to any modern organization, the work analyzes and investigates the creativity of the employees in the chosen sports and wellness club network Impuls in Lithuania. The main problem of the thesis – although creativity in the current market is very much needed for personal skills, but many organizations do not endeavor to develop creativity among employees, the problematic question is what is the Impuls club employees creativity? The aim of the project – after analyzing the scientific literature on creativity concept to to reveal the importance of employee creativity in the Impuls sports club. Objectives of the project – 1. To analyze the concept of creativity in a theoretical aspect; 2. To reveal the importance of employee creativity in the Impuls sport club; 3. Investigate the Impuls sport club favorable enviroment for creative employees Methods - Scientific literature analysis and questionnaire survey, descriptive statistics. The structure – The first part of the work is about creativity in theoretical way: what is creativity, what characteristics creative people have, how creativity manifests itself in an organization, why is creativity important for the organizations, and how to develop employees creativity. In the second part there is a research in the “Impuls” sport club, how the creative workers show their creativity skills, how the organization behaves with the creative workers and how the workers are collaborating to each other. In the third part suggestions to Impuls club witch could help to raise the creativity level in the organization are provided. Results – This research and analysis have shown that creativity is highly needed for all organizations that have a high degree of competition. Because creative workers help organizations stay at the top of the market. By analyzing the creative work of Impuls, we can say that there are creative and non-creative employees working in this organization, although the company works well with creative workers, but less creative remains on the sidelines, they are hardly offering new offers and do not participate in problem solving meetings. This situation is likely to weaken the internal atmosphere of this organization. 8 Suggestions – Because there are non-creative people in this organization that could bring new ideas or problem solving skills, the organization has to help them develop those skills. There are several ways to try to raise staff level in the field of creativity. Workers could be sent to courses in which they would learn to look at life differently, learn how to give their thoughts and develop new ideas that could further improve the organization itself.
