Carry out a study of the organoleptic properties of oil extracts. 5. To analyze the impact of oilseed extracts. Methods of investigation: The sensory properties of the preparations and the impact assessment were evaluated in a deep, semi-structured interview. The data obtained during the trial was processed using Microsoft® Office Excel 2007. the program. Results: Based on the presented results, even 75% The evaluators use natural herbal preparations, including oilseed extracts. 25 percent The respondents use natural and chemical measures for preventive treatment. 40 percent According to the evaluators, herbal products are used once a day, and 30% are used. The evaluators use the products several times a day. 35 percent The evaluators claim that the oil extracts are used for signs of atopic dermatitis or after an illness - for prophylactic treatment. 70 percent respondents use dermatological or herbal or chemical products to relieve the symptoms of flaking. 60 percent The respondents use products for the treatment of dry skin or prophylaxis. For researchers, the most important composition is the composition of the preparation, because it determines the effect. The smell of oil extracts produced positive emotions among the evaluators, and the standard (olive oil) odor did not appeal to all respondents. Conclusions: The main factors that determine the normal condition of the skin: healthy lifestyle, relaxation and the use of natural, non-sterile cosmetics. Herbal extracts, due to their active ingredients, stimulate skin cell regeneration and restore barrier skin function. Effective in dermatological skin diseases. The choice of dermatological preparations is most influenced by the components of the composition, the absorption and sensation of the preparation, and the consistency. Acceptable sensory properties of oil extracts produced: consistency and odor. The consistency was determined by the basis of the preparation, and the smell - the basis of insert lavender, grapefruit, lemon essential oils. The study of the effect of the product has shown that the produced vegetable oil extract has a regenerative, swelling-reducing, anti-inflammatory and skin-lightening effect. Prophylactic swine fever has been influenced by flavonoids in the vegetable oil extract that have anti-inflammatory properties. en
