Accountancy and Finance Department Faculty of Management and Economics Kaunas College. In the final work explores the content of guilt and related problems to crimes against life and health. Much attention has been paid to the guilt and the theoretical part, becouse they are determined by the content of the guilt. The contents of guilt one from the other differ by volitional and intellectual content, that is why in article discussed in detail intentional and careless types crimes against human life and health. It also raises the question of whether an indirect intention person may be reluctant to serious consequences, if perceived to deprive another person of life or cause a health risk. Analyzing of the Republic of Lithuania court practice according guilt content criteria and to determine the importance of the punishments have detail content of guilt explanation and whether consequences of criminal acts have an impact on the imposition of sentences. There are also objective and subjective criteria for guilty content that can objectively be categorized as criminal offenses and establish the exact form of accusation based on the content of the accusation, cases in human life and health. A lot attention is paid to Consequences and trying to figure out whether the consequences of a criminal act affects the determination of the form of guilt. Investigation problem: guilt is a subjective feature of a criminal offense, a psychological process that is difficult to determine. The practice of courts, without guilty into guilt, without explaining the content of the accusation, is the easiest and often erroneous way when a criminal offense is qualified only for consequences. Work objective: to examine and present the problems of determining the content of guilt in crimes of human life and health. Also, find out which problems are encountered by misidentification and in-depth examination of the content of the guilt. Working methods: Analytical and logical method is used for summarizing and providing conclusions. Also systemic, case law analysis methods. Work structure: this work consists of: summary in Lithuanian, summary in English, introduction, three chapters, conclusions, list of used literature. Thesis consists of 35 pages. The results of the work: after analyzing the case law, it is concluded that the courts devote little attention to the content of the guilt, make a mistake, qualify the criminal offenses.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjamas kaltės turinys ir su juo susijusios problemos nusikaltimuose žmogaus gyvybei ir sveikatai. Daug dėmesio skirta kaltei ir jos formų teoriniai daliai, nes jas lemia kaltės turinys. Kaltės formos viena nuo kitos skiriasi savo valiniu ir intelektiniu turiniu, todėl straipsnyje išsamiai aptariamos tyčios ir neatsargumo rūšys nusikaltimuose žmogaus gyvybei ir sveikatai. Taip pat keliamas klausimas, ar esant netiesioginei tyčiai asmuo gali nenorėti kilsiančių pavojingų padarinių, jeigu suvokia, kad gali atimti kitam žmogui gyvybę ar sutrikdyti sveikatą. Analizuojama Lietuvos Respublikos teismų praktika remiantis kaltės turinio kriterijais ir siekiama nustatyti, kokią reikšmę bausmėms turi išsamus kaltės turinio išaiškinimas.	en_US
