In this professional BA thesis work, the quality of the services provided by UAB “Druskininkų sveikatinimo ir poilsio centras AQUA” water park is evaluated and the services provided for improvement are presented. The company has not carried out such an investigation, but in order to remain a leader in the market it is necessary to conduct a study of the quality of services, which also reveals the relevance of the topic. Some of the services provided by the clients of UAB Druskininkų health center and recreation center AQUA water park are adversely affected by the web site, the main problem of the (professional BA thesis): the satisfaction of the quality of the services provided by UAB „Druskininkų sveikatinimo ir poilsio centras AQUA“ water park is satisfactory. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) is to evaluate the quality of services provided by the water park in an empirical study and to provide opportunities for improvement. Methods of the (professional BA thesis): scientific literature analysis and generalization; questionnaire; systematization and summarization of data. The structure: the theoretical part discusses the definitions of models of services, quality of services and service quality research provided by various authors in the scientific literature. The analytical part of the work presents the results of the research carried out. The project part presents suggestions on service quality improvement. Approved issue raised, revealed weakness. Consumers are satisfied with the slipperiness of the water park floor - the floor is slippery. To eliminate the problematic aspect, it is recommended to buy a floor cleaning machine and to create an additional cleaner‘s post. | dc.description.abstract | Baigiamajame darbe vertinama UAB „Druskininkų sveikatinimo ir poilsio centras AQUA“ vandens parko dalyje teikiamų paslaugų kokybė ir pateikiamos paslaugų tobulinimo galimybės. Dalis klientų, pasinaudojusių įmonės UAB „Druskininkų sveikatinimo ir poilsio centras AQUA“ vandens parko dalyje teikiamomis paslaugomis, neigiamai atsiliepia internetinėje erdvėje, darbo problema: vartotojai patenkinamai vertina UAB „Druskininkų sveikatinimo ir poilsio centras AQUA“ vandens parko dalies paslaugų kokybę. Darbo tikslas yra įvertinti vandens parko dalyje teikiamų paslaugų kokybę atliekant empirinį tyrimą ir pateikti tobulinimo galimybes. Darbo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė ir apibendrinimas; anketinė apklausa; duomenų sisteminimas ir apibendrinimas. Teorinėje dalyje aptariami mokslinėje literatūroje įvairių autorių pateikiami paslaugų, paslaugų kokybės ir paslaugų kokybės tyrimų modelių apibrėžimai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami atlikto tyrimo rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiami paslaugų kokybės tobulinimo pasiūlymai. Patvirtinta iškelta problema, identifikuoti paslaugų kokybės trūkumai. Vartotojai patenkinamai vertina vandens parko grindų slidumą – grindys yra per slidžios. Kad būtų išspręsta problema, rekomenduojama įsigyti grindų valymo mašiną ir įsteigti papildomą valytojo pareigybę. | en_US |
