Recently, natural medicines, cosmetic products for the treatment of skin diseases are becoming increasingly popular. In this work, the sensory properties, pH values and the effect of temperature on the stability of semicircular preparations have been analyzed with different ethanolic extracts of calendula, melissa and blueberries. Relevance: currently, the natural selection of ointments in the Lithuanian market does not contain herbal preparations based on ethanol extracts of calendula flowers, melissa leaves and blueberry berries. Therefore, it is important to create an environmentally friendly product that is antiinflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, nutritional and suitable for a long period of time. Purpose of the study: to produce ointments with ethanolic extracts of calendula flowers melissa leaves and blueberry berries and evaluate their quality (organoleptic (sensory) properties, pH values, temperature influence on the stability of the preparations). Tasks: 1. To produce ethanolic extracts of calendula flowers, blueberry berries and melissa leaves according to scientific literature. 2. To choose the basics (carriers) suitable for ointments and simulate high quality semicircular preparations with ethanolic extracts of vegetable origin. 3. To evaluate the qualitative researches of the semicircular forms produced (determination of pH values, study of organoleptic properties, temperature effect on the stability of semicircular preparations). Research methodology: the production of ethanolic extracts of calendula flowers melissa leaves and blueberry berries by means of classical maceration. A herbal origin extract of different ethanol concentrations, embedded in the basis of lubricants, has been produced. Qualitative tests for semi-manufactured preparations made: pH values, sensory properties and temperature influence on the stability of the ointments - "Heating-freeze cycle", which is repeated 5 times. Results: during the study it was found that according to the colour the evaluators mostly liked the third preparation, the colour of which was yellow. According to the smell the respondents most liked the ointment. According to the consistency, the best preparations contained the lowest amount of base. After the freezing-heating research, the stability of the preparations appeared. After analyzing the pH of the ointments, it was found that semi-solid forms of the medicine have acidic properties. Conclusions: The choice of ointments is most influenced by the current problem in the skin, the organoleptic properties of the preparations themselves: composition, odor and consistency. The results of a freezing-heating research showed that more stable are the preparations of the first group. The produced ointments have acid pH values. |

Baigiamaje bakalauro darbe buvo pagamintos medetkų žiedų, mėlynių uogų ir melisų lapų etanolinės ištraukos. Pagaminti tepalai su minėtų augalų etanolinėmis ištraukomis. Įvertinta jų kokybė, organoleptinės (juslinės) savybės, pH reikšmės, temperatūros įtaka preparatų stabilumui. Įvertinus atliktus tyrimus buvo pateiktos išvados. Darbą sudaro įvadas, du skyriai, išvados, rekomendacijos, literatūros sąrašas bei priedai. Darbo apimtis – 56 psl. 46 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. |
