Methods of work: analysis of scientific literature and information sources as well as the analysis of questionnaire results. The structure. The concept of services marketing mix and its influence on company performance based on scientific literature of Lithuanian and foreign authors. This presented in the theoretical part. The restaurant „Talutti – Bakes‘n‘Shakes City“ activities and possibilities for improvement of the services marketing mix presented in the practical part. Proposed measures: Its suggested to organized a contest, musical evenings, to produce a poste and the radio advertisement that will cost 1870,74 eur. These measures will results in increased client numbers and better image of the company. Scope of the work - the work consists of 52 pages, 9 tables, 27 pictures, 22 literature and sources of information, 1 appendices.
