Santrauka:

Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys skyriai. Pirmame skyriuje išnagrinėtas atsargų valdymas teoriniu aspektu, antrame skyriuje pateikta įmonės UAB ,,Vičiūnai“ ir KO veiklos charakteristika, tyrimo metodologija ir tyrimas. Trečiame skyriuje pateikti tyrimo rezultatai bei atsargų valdymo optimizavimo galimybės.

It is important for each company, because when company daily works with customers, it is important that they don‘t have a complaint against company work. However, order pickers makes many mistakes and clients can reaches the poor composition of order. Then suffer the company name, the costumers don't trust for the whole company. Inattention can make significant losses of workers in an undertaking, provided that the loss of customers. Term paper analyzes the company “Vičiūnai” ir KO harmfulness arising due to order pickers fault and presents the solutions. The main problem of the work is order pickers mistakes. The research methods. Analysis of scientific literature, business data analysis, observation, interview and analysis of information sources, descriptive method. The structure of the work. The work consists of three parts. In to the part of research presenting interview with warehouse manager, mention the main “Vičiūnai ” ir KO problems. The first part deals with general information and history of the company, activities, management structure, quality management system analysis. This describes the use of business management system and cargo transportation costimulatory situation. Characteristic of UAB “Vičiūnai” ir KO is introduced in the second part, also the paper provides the analysis of documents and interview. Possibilities for the improvement are described the third part. The aim of the term paper - to reduce the harmfulness company resulting from the order pickers‘ fault. Objectives of the term paper: 1. Interview method to take questions for directors to identify problem situations; 2. To describe the general information about the company; 3. To present the company's logistics process analysis; 4. To deliver three decisions to problematic situations.
