Antrojoje dalyje nurodomos ir aprašomos mezoterapijoje naudojamos veikliosios medžiagos bei galimi šalutiniai poveikiai. Trečiojoje dalyje pristatomi tyrimo rezultatai, atskleidžiama klientų nuomonė apie mezoterapijos poveikį odai.

In today’s world, where beauty cult is often associated with youth and beautiful skin, the majority of scientists agree that the main aim is to preserve and, if possible, to regenerate our skin’s moisture and initial structure. To reach such results, there are no better alternatives than aesthetic medicine. Nowadays, modern people are living really fast-paced lives, full of stress and problems to deal with. That is why people do not want time-consuming results or receive preventive procedures, that do take away tons of their time. What they actually want is to get instantaneous results. Which opens up a wide range of possibilities for our aesthetic medicine specialists, who have the ability to offer more and more up-to-date treatments, and advanced formulas. In addition, there is an opportunity to individualize the cure and apply it to patients with different needs, depending on the condition of their skin. Mesotherapy is considered to be one of the most important, and at the same time, one of the easiest methods right now (Matthews-Brzozowska ir kt., 2018). In 1950, mesotherapy has been already well known in the United States as a nonsurgical method, which was used for rejuvenation purpose and especially, in skin oil reduction (Lee ir kt., 2016). There are many articles in the medical literature about the positive effect of mesotherapy in terms of stimulating skin rejuvenation and making the facial skin look more appealing (Matthews-Brzozowska ir kt., 2018). The main purpose of this research - to reveal clients’ opinion about the effect of mesotherapy for their skin. The theoretical part contains of scientific and professional analysis, which the main aim is to define the concept of mesotherapy, distinguish by its types, as well as to exclude active ingredients used in mesotherapy, and identify potential side effects. A questionnaire survey was prepared and conducted in writing, aimed at assessing the opinions of clients about the effect of mesotherapy on the skin. The study was attended by 50 respondents, the main criterion is clients who are taking mesotherapy procedures. The questionnaire compiles of 20 questions with submitted answers. Analyzing the given results of the study made it possible to draw the following conclusions: the majority of respondents choose mesotherapy procedures to correct aging skin problems. Almost all respondents are satisfied with the results of mesotherapy procedures. However, applying mesotherapy procedures, the vast majority of respondents noticed these changes: brighter skin; recovered moisture of the skin; less wrinkles. The average client noticed an effect after 2 to 3 mesotherapy procedures. As for the side effects of mesotherapy, some clients experienced bruises, reddening of the skin or allergic reactions.
