Trečioje dalyje pateikiami pasiūlymai kaip įmonei spręsti prekių komplektavimo problemą.

Stock is a major factor that secures business profitability. The main resource of retail companies is the product or service they provide to their customer. Significant costs are involved in managing and holding stock. If successfully achieved the contribution this makes to the company’s margin profit and sustainability will be evident. In order, to avoid big financial losses a company must ensure that they exert and maintain efficient stock control measurements. In this thesis based on various reference materials and sources I have produced my stock control analyses.
The main problem of Introducing Efficiencies into “Kesko Senukai Lithuania” Warehousing/ Distribution Process - once the central distribution centre started to get in more seasonal items order assembly are unable to fulfil their commitments. This results in missed deadlines targets, and a knock on effect to other departments. As well as, financial losses, delayed transport, and lost sales.
The aim of the Introducing Efficiencies into “Kesko Senukai Lithuania” Warehousing/ Distribution Process - to analyse stock control and stock management within “Kesko Senukai Lithuania” central distribution centre on the theoretical level, and highlight the main stock control issues. To create a list of solutions which would help to resolve revealed problems.
The structure - The theoretical part discusses and analyses different aspects of stock control / stock management based on different scientific reference materials. The second part of the thesis introduces company’s history. As well as, the structure of the different departments within the central distribution centre and business management systems used by the company. The third part presents the recommendations how to solve the stock control/ stock management issues within the company.
The results - after the investigation of different reference materials and analysis of “Kesko Senukai Lithuania” central distribution stock systems – the main issue bringing the biggest financial loss to the company has been revealed. The suggestions have been produced, to help resolve the problems.
The work consists of 53 pages, 12 tables, 10 pictures, 35 references and sources of information, 4 appendices.
