Baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje aptariama logistikos, sandėliavimo teorinė dalis ir aspektai. Aprašomi sandėliuose vykstantys procesai nuo prekės iškrovimo iki paruošimo išvežimui. Aptariama, kaip efektyviai galima tuos procesus įvykdyti. Išvardinamos problemos su kuriomis dažniausiai yra susiduriama. Analitinėje darbo dalyje buvo analizuojama įmonės veikla, išryškinama problema. Projektinėje dalyje yra pateikiamas sprendimo būdas bei išlaidos.

Each factor can influence the process of cargo processing for the technological process, as well as the flow of goods. The sequence of cargo processing technological processes depends on the choice of the storage system and many other factors in the movement of goods. In order to achieve the goal of material flow at the right time, they are essential for proper management. Revelance of work - in order to improve the performance of their business, companies are trying to ensure the flow of goods through the warehouse as quickly as possible. By optimizing warehousing processes compnie can significantly improve the quality of services and improve financial performance. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – lack of space for warehousing products. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - is to analyze the theoretical aspects of logistics, identifying the problem of making proposals to increase the warehouse's throughput. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis) 1. To make theoretical logistic analysis and describe the processes that affect the efficient storage operations; 2. Identify the main problem of UAB „Main & Co“ warehousing process; 3. Find a way to solve the identified problem. Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – Information was searched in sources of various authors, their books, scientific literature analysis, statistical analysis from the Internet, graphic modeling and interpretation. The structure - The first part of the paper discusses the theoretical part and aspects of logistics, warehousing. Descriptions ar given of the processes in the warehouse from the time the goods are packed up to the time of preparation for export. It discusses how these processes can be performed efficiently. Lists the most commonly encountered problems. The second part provides information about the company, highlighting the main problem. The third part presents the solutions to the problem and the costs which are needed to solve the problem. The fourth part summarizes the solution.
