Pirmame skyriuje pateikiama neturtinės žalos atlyginimo samprata, įvardijami šio instituto tikslai. Antrasis skyrius skirtas neturtinės žalos atlyginimo teisinio reguliavimo ypatumams Lietuvoje atkleisti. Trečiajame skyriuje siekiama nustatyti neturtinės žalos atlyginimo probleminius aspektus nusikaltimu padarytos žalos žmogaus gyvybei ir sveikatai bylose, taip pat atskleisti neturtinės žalos atlyginimo problematiką pagal naująjį žalos be kaltės atlyginimo modelį.

The final thesis starts with the introduction. The paper consists of three chapters. The First Chapter introduces the conception of compensation for non-pecuniary damages naming the purposes of this institute. The peculiarities of legal regulation of compensation for non-pecuniary damages in Lithuania are revealed in the Second Chapter. It deals with analysis of legal acts, discussing the criteria for adjusting the amount of compensation for non-pecuniary damages. The Third Chapter is intended to establish problem-oriented aspects in the proceedings of compensation for non – pecuniary damages caused to life and health of a human being by a criminal offence, and to reveal problem-oriented aspects of compensation for non-pecuniary damages according to the new model of no-fault compensation. The final thesis is ended with conclusions and a list of used literature.
