The success of the organization depends on the quality of the work of the employees, therefore, company managers must assess the need to invest in the process of integrating new employees. There are many different methods and tools available to implement the new employee integration process, so it is very important to choose the most suitable ones for a particular company.
The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – is the process of new employees integration in UAB "SDG" effective.
The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – to analyze and offer improvements to the process of new employees' integration in UAB “SDG”.
Objectives of the (professional BA thesis) – new employees integration process in UAB "SDG".
Methods of (professional BA thesis) – analysis of scientific literature and other sources, questionnaire survey and interview.
The structure. The theoretical part discusses the importance of new employees' integration into the company and possible adaptation and training methods. The analytical part introduces the company where the study was conducted, the results and analysis of the research. The project part presents suggestions for improvement of the integration process of new employees.
The results/conclusions. The integration process of UAB "SDG" is relatively good, but one of the main problems for employees is the lack of practical knowledge and difficulties in discovering all the necessary information. It has been determined that it is more difficult for employees to master the technical knowledge related to the work being done.
Short suggestions/recommendations. After the analysis, the main suggestions are to organize courses on the adaptation of the employee, to establish the procedures for the adaptation and training of new employees based on the existing regulations, to gather all the information necessary for a new employee in one place, to install the FirstClass system.
The work consists of 53 pages, 7 tables, 20 pictures, 26 references and sources of information, 2 appendices.
