Santrauka:
Ketvirtoji industrijos revoliucija – taip vadinami pastarieji dešimt metų pramonėje.
Diegiant kiberfizines sistemas ir daiktų internetą į esamas pramonės ir gamybos sistemas siekiama
užtikrinti vykdomo proceso kokybę ir efektyvumą pritaikant duomenų perdavimo ir komunikacijų
sistemas procesą vykdančiuose įrenginiuose bei sudarant galimybę darbuotojams analizuoti
veiksmų informaciją realiu laiku.
Darbo objektas – autonominio logistikos roboto modelio valdymo sistema.
navigacijos ir komunikacijos pusės;
2. Parinki jutiklius ir vykdiklius kuriamam projektui;
3. Sukurti virtualų valdymo pultą roboto valdymui ir diagnostikai;
4. Sukurti duomenų bazę jutiklių ir vykdiklių informacijos talpinimui;
5. Parašyti programos kodą roboto valdymui ir duomenų perdavimui tarp roboto, valdymo
pulto ir duomenų bazės;
6. Parengti kuriamo projekto ekonominę analizę apskaičiuojant išlaidas įrangai bei metines
sąnaudas;
Darbo rezultatai. Sukurta autonominio logistikos roboto valdymo sistema naudojant ROS
(angl. Robot Operating System) operacinę sistemą. Pasitelkiant ROS sistemos palaikomus atviro
kodo modulius sukurta sąsaja tarp valdymo pulto, duomenų bazės bei roboto. Papildomai, veikimo
principas išbandytas naudojant Gazebo ir Webots simuliacijos platformomis.
Darbo apimtis. Darbą sudaro 58 puslapiai, 22 lentelės, 22 paveikslai, 20 literatūros šaltinių ir 1 priedas.
Description:
The fourth industrial revolution – this is how the past ten years in industry have been referred to.
The goal of this revolution is to increase efficiency and productivity by implementing cyberphysical
systems and IoT into current industry and production systems, as well as installing data transfer and
communication systems between devices and allowing workers to analyze real-time data.
The object of the paper – autonomous logistics robot control system.
The purpose of the paper – to create a control system for an autonomous logistics robot that would
allow real-time diagnostics of the device and manual control, as well as the implementation of a database
that would allow data transfer between devices.
The tasks of the paper:
1. Analyze similar working projects already implemented into working environments and compare
their navigation and communication systems;
2. Select components for the project accordingly ensuring quality and efficiency of the tasks;
3. Design and create a virtual control panel for manual control of the robot and diagnostics;
4. Design and create a database which would store data and information about the robot‘s peripherals;
5. Write the code for controlling the robot as well as data transfer between the control panel, the robot
and the database;
6. Analyze the project from an economic point of view by calculating component costs and annual
maintenance and electricity costs;
The results of the paper. A control system for an autonomous logistics robot has been created by using
ROS as the main platform. Data transfer systems have been created by using open-source modules provided
by ROS. Additionally, the project has been tested in simulation environments like Gazebo and Webots.
The volume of the paper. The paper includes 58 pages, 22 tables, 22 images, 20 sources of literature
and 1 appendix.
