Baigiamajame bakalauro darbe nagrinėjama personalo valdymo samprata teoriniu aspektu, analizuojami „Swedbank“, AB Kauno skyriaus personalo valdymo ypatumai, nustatomos jų priežastys ir įvertinamos pasekmės. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ir praktinius personalo valdymo aspektus, pateikiamos išvados ir siūlymai.
Darbas susideda iš trijų dalių: teorinės dalies, kurioje aptariamos visos su personalo valdymu susijusios sampratos, analitinės dalies, kurioje trumpai apibūdinama įmonės veikla, detaliai apibūdinami tyrimo metu taikyti darbo metodai ir aptariami gauti tyrimo rezultatai, projektinės dalies, kurioje pateikiami pasiūlymai įmonės personalo valdymo tobulinimui.
Profesinio bakalauro baigiamąjį darbą sudaro 51 puslapis (be priedų), 10 lentelių, 16 paveikslų, 49 literatūros ir informacijos šaltiniai, 3 priedai.

Personnel management plays an important role in bank management as well as in any company because business may achieve its goals only having competent and skilled employees. The topic of the thesis is relevant, it aims to evaluate the personnel management in „Swedbank“ and to develop suggestions for its improvement. The main problem of the thesis: Rapidly growing competition brings ever-increasing demands to businesses, and it is important to acquire educated, competent staff. In order to gain competitive advantage in market, the assessment of the peculiarities, challenges and problems of the human resource management is an important element in the company's personnel management process that make it possible to assess whether the company's employees are properly managed. The aim of the thesis is to identify personal management improvement opportunities in „Swedbank“, AB Kaunas Branch. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): to analyze the concepts of personnel management, to identify the features and efficiency of Swedbank Kaunas Branch personnel management, to provide recommendations for e personnel management improvement at Swedbank Kaunas Branch. Methods of the (professional BA thesis):the analysis and synthesis of scientific - theoretical literature and other information sources, questionnaire survey, interview. The structure: The theoretical part discusses all concepts related to personnel management. The analytical part briefly describes the activities of the company, describes in detail the working methods applied during the research and discusses the results of the research. The project part presents suggestions for improvement of personnel management of the company. The results of the research: The analysis revealed that employees are not satisfied with the salary paid to the company and the workload for the employees. These problems can be solved by employing more trainees, assistants in the company, once or twice a year awarding bonuses for better work results, improving cooperation between managers and employees. The work consists of 51 page, 10 tables, 16 pictures, 49 references and sources of information, 3 appendices.
