Nekonkuravimo sutartis gali būti priskirtina prie finansinių motyvavimo priemonių.

Description of the Professional bachelor thesis: The issue of „leakage“ of employees in the modern economy is a very big problem, when employees using employer information can go to work in a competitor company or simply create a similar business in the market and compete with the employer. Non- compete agreement contract might be attributable to financial incentive measures.
The main problem of the professional bachelor thesis: What is the impact of a non- compete agreement on employee motivation in the company UAB Headex?
The aim of the professional bachelor thesis: The signature of a non-compete contract in the company affects employee motivation. Employees are still motivated while they are still working in the company, but when they are leaving the work the signing of the contract limits. The aim of this work is to analyze the influence of the non-compete contract on motivation of employees in the work of UAB Headex, after the termination of the employment relationship.
The structure: The theorical part of the work discusses the concept of a non- compete agreement and its significance, discusses the content of the contract and breaches of this agreement, the termination of the non- compete agreement. The importance of motivation for employee work is discussed, the relatonship between non- competition agreement and employee motivation is indicated.
The analytical part presents the description of the activity of UAB Headex in analyzing the company’s establishment history, areas of activity, employees, identifying and analyzing the organizational management structure and competitors of this company. Also, this section presents the methodology and organization of the research to be carried out. The results of the research carried out and their generalization are discussed.
The Project part discusses of the evaluation of the influence of the non- competition agreement on the motivation of employees, as well as identifying and describing concrete solutions for solving the identified problems. Argumentated suggestions and calculations are presented, showing the terms of implementation costs and their benefits.
The results: a non- compete agreement is understood as an agreement between an employee and employer. This contract affects employees’ motivation and partly satisfies the material/ financial needs of employees. The study found that existing employees were not adversely affected by this contract, they would feel it only after the end of the employment relationship with the employer, when their free market participation was restricted.
Short suggestions/ recommendations: Increase non- compete compensation based on the length of service of employees, increase in non- competition period and non- competition compensation. It is proposed to reduce the non- competition period according to the time worked in the company.
