Santrauka:
Description:
A study on the risk of social workers activities working with homeless conducted in Canada in 2008 revealed that social workers experience more stress not communicating with clients who need help, but the system itself and its imperfection complicate their work. In interviews with employees, the imperfection of the system was more often mentioned as a risk factor than customer violence against them. The experience revealed by the participants of this study also shows that although employees experience tension and stress communicating with the clients of the institution, they are able to control the resulting tension because it is perceived (Kosny, Eakin, 2008).
