Baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje analizuojama ekspedicinė veikla, kokybės standartas, įmonės aplinkos veiksnių charakteristikos teoriniu aspektu. Praktinėje dalyje analizuojama darbuotojų nuomonė apie aplinkos charakteristikas, ekspedicinės veiklos tobulinimą. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiami pasiūlymai.

Every person has various logistics services, such as the carriage of passengers or goods. While working in the field of logistics, a responsible responsible approach to work is essential, so transport managers must ensure not only the smooth and efficient operation of their drivers, but also the quality of the performance of hired carriers. With the growth of competition between companies engaged in similar activities, it is necessary to analyze how expediting activities can be improved and suggestions on how costs could be reduced. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – AXIS TRANSPORT UAB suffers financial losses due to hired carriers. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – after analyzing AXIS TRANSPORT UAB to submit proposals for the improvement of expedition activities. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis) – a survey of employees revealed that expeditionary activities need to be improved, because of its shortcomings financial losses are incurred. The analysis of the questionnaire data concluded that the updated quality management standard, the additional cargo insurance offer and long-term contracts with carriers will help to improve. Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – scientific literature analysis, questionnaire survey. The structure – The theoretical part analyzes the expedition activity, the quality standard, the characteristics of the company's environmental factors in the theoretical aspect. In practical part, employees' opinion about environmental characteristics, improvement of expedition activity is analyzed. Employees will be provided with a questionnaire that will collect and analyze data. Analysis of the data - suggestions are made. The work consists of 47 pages, 9 tables, 12 pictures, 37 references and sources of information, 2 appendices.
