Santrauka:
Description:
Open work with youth is a new and unexplored area in our country. Although manifestations of youth work have been observed in the past, it has focused on more active young people. With the development of youth policy, open youth centers and spaces aimed at young people with fewer opportunities began to emerge. Although youth work policies are changing, the form of open youth work is rarely analyzed in the context of social work. This topic is studied by such authors as V. Gudžinskienė, N. Ramanauskas (2017), and V. Lisauskienė, V. Aleksnienė (2016). They study the activities of a social worker with young people spending time on the street, but there is a lack of research on the activities of a social worker in an open youth center.
