Motyvavimas yra būtina priemonė siekiant išlaikyti gerus specialistus, sumažinti darbuotojų kaitą ir padidinti darbo našumą. Šio darbo tikslas yra išanalizavus darbuotojų motyvavimo būdus ir priemones teoriniu aspektu, įvertinti UAB „Ivabaltė“ darbuotojų motyvavimo būdus ir priemones bei pasiūlyti motyvavimo sistemos tobulinimo galimybes.
Tikslui įgyvendinti atliktas interviu, anketinė apklausa, lyginamoji analizė. Tyrimo metu gauti duomenys bus taikomi UAB „Ivabaltė“ motyvavimo sistemos tobulinimui.

Relevance. The topic is relevant, since staff motivation and reasoning are essential tools for maintaining good professionals, reducing staff changing and increasing productivity. Despite the importance of motivation, managers often face staff motivation problems because they do not know how to motivate employees properly. In order to be adequately motivated by inadequate payment of bonuses and wage increases, non-material motivation measures are also necessary.
Problem. Insufficient attention paid to the motivation of employees in the companies has a negative impact on the quality and efficiency of employees' work.
The aim of the work .The aim is to analyze the methods and means of motivating employees in the theoretical aspect, to investigate and evaluate the methods and means of motivating employees of the joint-stock company "Ivabaltė".
During the work, the analysis of employee motivation theory, questionnaire survey, structured interview and comparative analysis were performed.
The theoretical part of the paper discusses the concept and essence of motivation, the most important motivational theories, and the most frequently used motivational methods and means.
In the analytical part of the work, the characteristics of the company were described, the results of the questionnaire were systematized and analyzed, the information obtained during the interview was analyzed and the data presented by the employees of the individual departments were compared.
In the project part, problematic areas of motivation are highlighted and proposals for improvement of motivation system of JSC "Ivabaltė" are presented.
During the study it was found that over 40-year-olds are more likely to consider monetary measures than younger people. It has also been noted that administrative staff feel insufficiently motivated, and receive the least support from executives compared to those working in management and mechanics departments. It has been determined that different motivational tools are used for departments.
After research, in addition to the problem areas, it is proposed that administrators pay supplements for their existing seniority in the company and their education. Use more non-material motivational tools in the management and mechanics departments and send the head of the mechanics department to the training of conflict management . It is also proposed to create a unified system of motivation in the company.
The final work of the professional bachelor consists of 47 pages, 9 tables, 17 paintings, 27 literature and information sources, 2 appendixes.
