Santrauka:
Darbo tema: Vaistinių preparatų vartojimo, sergant neurodegeneracinėmis ligomis, pacientų artimųjų
patirtys.
Nepaisant skirtingo klinikinio vaizdo
Alzheimerio liga, Parkinsono ir Išsetinė sklerozė turi bendrų savybių. Kiekviena liga gali pasireikšti dėl
tam tikro geno mutacijos, dažniausiai jos yra idiopatinės. Šioms ligoms būdinga specifinių neuronų
degeneracija, susijusi su tik joms būdingais simptomais. (Cruz-Haces ir kt., 2017).
Tyrimo problema: Kokias problemas sukelia, neurodegeneracinėmis ligomis sergančiųjų, artimiesiems
vaistų vartojimas?
Tyrimo objektas: Neurodegeneracinėmis ligomis sergančiųjų, artimųjų patirtys, vartojant vaistinius
preparatus.
Tyrimo tikslas: Atskleisti vaistinių preparatų vartojimo, sergant neurodegeneracinėmis ligomis,
pacientų artimųjų patirtis.
Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Apibrėžti neurodegeneracinių ligų sampratą ir simptomatiką. 2. Aprašyti vaistų
poveikį neurodegeneracinių ligų simptomams mažinti. 3. Nustatyti vaistų vartojimo problemas
patiriamas, neurodegeneracinėmis ligomis sergančių pacientų, artimųjų.
Tyrimo metodika. Teorinis – mokslinės literatūros analizė, kurios tikslas atskleisti neurodegeneracinių
ligų sampratą, simptomatiką ir aprašyti vaistų poveikį simptomams mažinti. Tyrimui atlikti buvo
pasirinktas kokybinis tyrimas, individualus neformalizuotas interviu. Kurio tikslas - išsiaiškinti su
kokiomis vaistų vartojimo problemomis informantai susidurė prižiūrinint neurodegeneracinėmis ligomis
sergančius artimuosius. Tyrime dalyvavo neurodegeneracinėmis ligomis sergančių asmenų artimieji.
Tyrimo imtis. Tyrimo imčiai pasirinktas netikimybinės patogiosios kriterinės atrankos būdas. Pasirinkti
6, slaugantys neurodegeneracinėmis ligomis sergančius artimuosius, asmenys.
Pagrindiniai empirinio tyrimo rezultatai. 1. Pasaulio gyventojų populiacijai senstant daugėja ir
neurodegeneracinėmis ligomis sergančių žmonių. Šios ligos pažeisdamos smegenų nervines ląsteles
sukelia judėjimo, atminties, kalbos bei elgsenos sutrikimus. 2.Vaistiniai preparatai, kurie skiriami
neurodegeneracinių ligų gydymui, kontroliuoja tik pasireiškusius ligos simptomus, tačiau pačios ligos
negydo. 3. Gauti tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, kad dažniausia vaistų vartojimo problema yra, jog vaistus
reikia sugirdyti su maistu ar gėrimais, vaistus geria nenoriai ir nuryja sunkiai.
Description:
Relevance. Until now in Europe around 16% of people are over the age of 65, and by year 2030 their
number should increase to 25% (Strafella et al., 2018). Despite the different clinical picture of
Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s and Islet Sclerosis have common features. Each disease can be caused
by a mutation in a particular gene, although they are usually idiopathic. These diseases are characterized
by degeneration of specific neurons associated with their own unique symptoms. (Cruz-Haces et al.,
2017).
Research question. What are the problems caused by the use of drugs for relatives of the sick with
neurodegenerative diseases?
Research object. Experiences of relatives with patients who suffer from neurodegenerative diseases.
Research aim. To reveal the experience of relative patients in the use of drugs in neurodegenerative
diseases.
Object of the research. 1.Define the concept and symptomatics of neurodegenerative disease. 2
Describe the effects of medications on reducing the symptoms of neurodegenerative disease. 3 To
identify medication problems experienced by patients with neurodegenerative diseases and relatives.
The survey sample. A non-probabilistic convenient criterion selection method was chosen for the study
sample. 6 persons caring for relatives with neurodegenerative diseases were selected.
Methodology of investigation. Theoretical - an analysis of the scientific literature, the aim of which is
to reveal the concept of neurodegenerative diseases, their symptoms and to describe the action of drugs
and their effect on reducing symptoms. The aim of which was to find out what problems the informants
had encountered in caring for their relatives with neurodegenerative diseases. Relatives of people with
neurodegenerative diseases will take part in the study.
Research methodology. 1. As the world's population ages, so does the number of people with
neurodegenerative diseases. These diseases damage the nerve cells in the brain and cause problems with
movement, memory, speech and behavior. 2. Drug prescribed for the treatment of neurodegenerative
diseases control only the symptoms of the disease, but do not cure the disease itself. 3. The results of the
study revealed that the most common problem with taking medication is that the medication needs to be
taken with food or drink, the medication is taken reluctantly and swallowed hard.
