Lietuvoje ir pasaulyje verslo organizacijos jau eilę metų priėmė Lean sistemą kaip efektyvumo sinonimą. Įmonių lyderiai puikiai susipažinę su šia sistema, žino jos teikiamus privalumus. Kiekviena įmonė vienu ar kitu momentu susiduria su sunkumais arba procesais, kurie galėtų būti patobulinti, tačiau tobulėjimo procesas nevisada yra toks paprastas ir lengvas, kaip gali pasirodyti iš pradžių. Darbo tikslas – atlikus Lean sistemos diegimo teorinę analizę, įvertinti sistemos diegimo galimybes UAB „Selteka“

In Lithuania and worldwide overall business organizations have accepted the term “Lean” as a synonym for a business efficiency. The leaders of the enterprises knows the systems very well, they are aware of the advantages Lean system can provide. Every company at some stage of their lifespan meets some kind of struggle or finds out processes that needs improvement. But the process of improvement itself isn’t as simple and easy as it may seem at first.
The aim of this work is to analyze scientific literature, scientist’s records on Lean implementation in the company and to identify the possibility and steps of implementation of the system in UAB “Selteka”.
Methods used in thesis – analysis of scientific literature, survey and analysis and summary of it’s results.
In the first part of the work there will be analysis of various scientifical regarding Lean system, it’s philosophy, stages of implementation. Various author’s and companies representatives’ opinion and experience of Lean implementation in Lithuania will be provided. In the second part of the work the results of the research will be analyzed and summarized to make a conclusion and get a deeper understanding of the process.
In conclusion the main problems that authors point out also can be related to in real life. Companies hardly succeed in Lean implementation all by themselves without outside help so Lean training with experts are vital if company wants to avoid failure.
A suggestion for a company that would want to implement Lean system would be to work according to prepared action plan, analyze the current situation and to use the help of proffessionals in this field in order to reduce the chances of failure.
