Baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjama VĮ Registrų centro statistinė informacija apie Kauno mieste, esančius negyvenamosios paskirties pastatus. Kauno mieste iki 2018 m., balandžio 1 d., įregistruota 12648 negyvenamieji pastatai, iš kurių 413 pastatų yra mokslo paskirties.
Darbe taip pat nagrinėjama negyvenamosios (mokslo) paskirties pastatai 1C3/b ir 2C3/b, kurie sujungti priestatu, esantys Kauno mieste. Jiems, po rekonstrukcijos, atlikti kadastriniai matavimai, naudojant elektroninį atstumų matuoklį „Leica DISTO TM lite 5“. Parengtos dvi kadastro duomenų bylos, kurias sudaro patikslinti dokumentai: statinių išdėstymo planas, pastatų aukšto planai, 1A, 1F, 2A, 3 ir 6A formos. Statinių išdėstymo planas parengtas „GeoMap“ programine įranga, pagrindinių pastatų aukšto planai parengti „Matininkas 6“ programine įranga. Visos formos, išskyrus 6A forma, kuri užpildyta ranka, parengtos VĮ Registrų centro posistemėje „Matininkas“. Patikslinus kadastro duomenys apskaičiuota vidutinė rinkos vertė: 1C3/b pastato – 226000 Eur., 2C3/b pastato – 327000 Eur.

The aim of the final thesis is to analyse the peculiarities of cadastral measurements of non-residential buildings. The object of the research is a scientific building for which cadastral measurements and documents prepared as part of the cadastral data file of the building are carried out.
The scientific and professional literature section analyses the legal acts regulating cadastral measurements of buildings, the establishment and updating of cadastral data: the Regulations of the Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on the Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Lithuania, the Rules for Collection and Adjustment of Cadastral Measurements and Cadastral Data. Also, articles on the application of new technologies in cadastral measurements, the importance of the work of evaluators, the advantages of reconstruction and the procedure for updating cadastral data have been analysed.
In the final work the State Enterprise Center of Registers statistical information about non-residential buildings located in Kaunas city is analysed. In the city of Kaunas until 2018, 1 April, 12648 non-residential buildings were registered, of which 413 buildings are for scientific purposes.
The work also deals with buildings of non-residential (science) purpose 1C3/b and 2C3/b, which are connected by an annex and located in Kaunas city. For them, after reconstruction, cadastral measurements were performed using the electronic distance meter Leica DISTO TM lite 5. Two cadastral data files were prepared consisting of revised documents: building layout plan, floor plans and 1A, 1F, 2A, 3, 6A forms. The layout plan of the buildings is prepared of GeoMap software, and the main plans of the main buildings are prepared by the „Matininkas 6“software. All forms, except for form 6A, which is filled in by hand, are prepared at the State Enterprise Center of Registers subsystem "Matininkas". The adjusted cadastral data calculated the average market value: 1C3/b of the building - 226000 EUR, 2C3/b of the building - 327000 EUR.
