Title of work "Enhancement of Transportation Services Quality of Beta UAB". It is important for every company to maintain it is existing and future customers, therefore, the company has to continuously improve existing services and offer new ones as the needs of customers in the current business environment are constantly changing. Also, the logistics sector is constantly evolving, so competition between businesses is increasing. This work deals with a topic relevant to logistic services companies. It introduces the micro and macro environment of the enterprises in question, the areas of logistics activities and the quality of the transportation service, as well as suggestions for improvement. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – not taken information about the delivered cargo to the client in real time. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – UAB "Beta" possibilities of improvement of transportation services quality. Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): to analyze the ways of improving the quality of cargo delivery / picking in order to improve the quality of transportation services of JSC "Beta". Methods of the (professional BA thesis) – scientific literature analysis, quantitative research (questionnaire survey), external and internal environment analysis, problem analysis and solutions. The structure – the theoretical part of the work is theoretical analysis of transport services quality. The analytical part presents the general information about the company - external and internal environment analysis, as well as the present process of submission of documents and the study of the client's attitude. The project part examines solutions that improve the quality of the company's transportation services. The work consists of 57 pages, 11 tables, 29 pictures, 39 references and sources of information, 1 appendices.
