literatūros šaltinių, 1 priedas.
Description:
The research subject matter – the subject matter analysed in this thesis is the process of
chipboard transportation from the facility of cutting particle boards to production.
The research goal – the automation of chipboard transportation.
The tasks:
1. To analyse the specifics of the technological process of chipboard transportation
in modern furniture manufacturing companies;
2. To create the terms of reference of the chipboard transporter automation;
3. To design the automation scheme for chipboard transporter;
4. To select the necessary automation components for an automated chipboard
transporter;
5. To design the electrical connection schemes of the transporter;
6. To develop algorithms for the automated chipboard transporter control;
7. To develop PLC program for the chipboard transporter control;
8. To conduct the economic analysis of automated transporter;
9. To ensure human safety requirements at the facility;
The results. The final thesis presented the analysis of specifics of the wood board
transportation process. Terms of reference were created, automation and electrical connection
schemes were designed. Appropriate automation components were selected. The control
algorithm and control program were developed as well. The economic analysis was
performed, and safety requirements at the facility were ensured.
The scope. The final thesis consists of 85 pages, 9 tables, 31 pictures, 18 literary sources, 1 annex.
